“Excellent customer service, I think it was the supervisor who helped me. She was so nice and helped me find some stuff. Super cold and air conditioned in there which is really nice cuz that mall is really hot! ?”
“I was in on 8/6/26 with my grandson looking for his first fishing rod. Amire in the Saugus store was the person who was helping us. He went out of his way to work with us and finding all the things we needed to make a little boy happy with our purchase. Took his time and was very attentive. Called his supervisor to ask questions as that was not his specialty. Just wanted to give a shout out to a real good sales person. Very kind and helpful and an asset to your store! Sincerely Terry OConnor”

“As a magic player, they have a great selection of magic singles and sealed product. Magic packs are the best priced I have seen anywhere. The store owner is also very friendly. If I lived closer to this store it would be my weekly LGS.”
