“As I was backing into my garage I accidentally side swiped my neighbors parked trucked with my new car (he parks like an idiot, but that’s beside the point). I scratched the paint on the side of my car behind the back door on the drivers side and also ripped off the plastic wheel fender (if that’s what it’s called). Cohasset Collision made it look brand new again within just a few days. They replaced the fender and sanded down/repainted the damaged panel. You would never be able to tell there was ever any damage. They do amazing work. The front desk staff and owners are great as well. I am a terrible driver so I will definitely be going back for my next little mishap. Highly recommended all around, 10/10.”

“A year or so ago I had my 2016 Lexus GX460 in to these guys for exhaust manifold leaks that a service shop down the road wasn't comfortable handling. Joe and his team called me quickly after getting it into the shop and walked me through what needed to be done. Joe was familiar with this model SUV and suggested a few other areas to be reinforced due to common issues. Overall the experience was seamless, Joe was super easy to work with, they did great work, and I thought the price was very reasonable.
Fast forward this weekend when I hit a frost heave in VT and knocked something loose. Joe was able to get me in a couple days after and called with great news that it was only a rotted out heat shield that was making all of the commotion. He also asked if there was any other concerns and gave me a quick summary of the current condition of my suspension and brakes from what he could see. Just a testament to their level of customer service and honesty.

Very friendly staff, helpful, reasonable prices which are often excellent during sales. I haven't needed advice from them, but I've heard them answer questions for customers and they have always sounded well informed and don't try to BS people or upsell them. The one time they didn't know the answer, he just said that up front (whereas many people we'll just make up an answer so they don't seem uninformed).”

“I needed a shift tower seal for an AX15, the Crown part number seemed to be out of stock everywhere and I was in a hurry. There is an ebay store (mrprovenpart) that showed stock, a little pricey but shipping was included. It was shipped from Crown the same day. Since I'm close to them it arrived the next day. My off-road trip won't be delayed!”
