“Convenient to my location and the owner and managers have always been very helpful. They have good sale events. Sometimes the kids they have working seem lazy and looking at their phones and avoiding helping - but that seems to be the norm now- they’ll help if you ask them to and the owner always steps in and assists when needed and seems to be directing them to be good humans and workers . Overall the people on the floor are very helpful. I like supporting smaller owner operated franchises and will continue to go to ACE when they have deals”

“I like Harbor Freight Tools because of their selection and prices. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but on this particular visit, I spent a lot of time in misdirection! Two different employees gave me two different answers as to where the tool that i wanted, was located. Both of them were wrong. But as I was leaving, a third employee asked if he could help me and I told him that the store was obviously out of the hand-held propane heater I needed, so no thank you. Incredibly, he went straight to the location and handed me the heater!! As more employees are better trained, my score will improve back to 5 stars. I will certainly continue to shop at Harbor Freight Tools.”

“Had a great experience shopping today thanks to Alex. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. He helped me find several products and answered some questions I had as well. Employees like him are why people come back, he deserves a raise! Thank you, Tractor Supply Co.”

“While visiting my mother for the holidays, I was present for her new washer and dryer delivery. The two delivery men were absolutely amazing. Ivan and Regime. They handled my impatience with grace and professionalism. My mother said she had a similar experience at the store, with the associate Quinn. Lowe's has some helpful patient and kind amazing people. Thank you.”

“I have been buying wood pellets weekly from Home Depot, Seekonk. Your employee, Alex, has bent over backwards to help me purchase and load them in my car. He has a smiling, engaging personality and should be recognized by management as a great asset to your business.”

“Exceptional customer service. Employee had to literally go like 10 extra miles for me and didn't even flinch. I appreciated the time and effort spent trying to get me the stock I needed in the most efficient and least expensive way. I observed excellent communication between employees and Superior safety awareness. I was really actually so impressed with this Lowe's. Having been to so many.... A really great one does stand out!”
