“Great company, great people, great location. How do I know? At 72 years old I have been going there for a long time with my family and friends. Many small businesses folded during covid and intense competition from box stores but Mount Pleasant hardware is still open every day. A tribute to great management and human relation skills. “This store really does have the best customer service team. ⭐ Every time I come here, I don't have to take 2 steps before a very friendly and knowledgeable employee is there to answer my questions. Apparently, they are also multi-talented...I was blown away by this freehand painted lion, which I found in a corner and was informed one of the team members painted.”

“I am satisfied with the job except for 2 items. One interior door won’t close with the new carpeting installed. I am unable to fit mats at my two breezeway doors so I can’t wipe my feet coming in from outside.”

“Home Depot has gone above and beyond to help. I'm currently battling cancer and went to Home Depot to buy a plant to cheer me up. I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”
