“My husband and I recently decided to take advantage of a promotion that would allow us to upgrade a few of the devices on our family plan, but had some trouble with the promotion not applying as advertised (we should have received a credit for one of the devices, but kept getting billed for it). We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with customer service online and over the phone, and despite being assured multiple times that everything was all set, it never resolved. A few weeks ago, we went into the Seekonk Verizon store on a whim and spoke with Adam, who was super nice. He was able to fix the issue for us (and quite quickly, too!) and we really appreciated how helpful and knowledgable he was.
