“Steve in the furniture department was great. We had bought a couch and it was not able to make it to the 2nd floor apartment we are in. I had asked the return policy in case a situation like this happened and he assured me that as long as the furniture was not damaged there wouldn’t be an issue. He was very sympathetic for us when we returned with the couch and helped suggest smaller options to give a try. He did let me know to really try to double check our measurements because a 2nd return isn’t as easy. Luckily 2nd time was the charm and everything fit fine. “I just want to express my gratitude to an exemplary young man named Devin who helped me when I asked for help in replacing a cell phone. I decided to visit the Seekonk Walmart because I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. In today's day and age it is a rare find to find someone who not only gives exemplary costumer service but actually enjoys doing it with a smile. Devin went completely out of his way to help me. In my 50 years on this earth I have never received such excellent customer service who was so eager to help, and find a solution to ease my anxiety. Not only did Devin find me a new carrier with a better phone plan and phone, but he went way out of his way to assist me with information to get my old phone number back. I was lost, I had my previous number for over 28 years. Devin spent many hours between juggling customers to assist me. When I was stonewalled by my previous carrier he even suggested coming back the next day to assist me, which he did and resolved my problem. I was able to get my original phone number back! This young gentlemen is a diamond in the rough, a rare find among any age of service personnel. He has true empathy for customers' and integrity for his job. It is refreshing to find someone who is eager to help and is truly knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Honestly, if more customer service personnel were like him, I'd probably shop in store more, rather than online. I was so happy I nearly cried, when he was able to resolve my problem.
