“I visited this location on Saturday 2/3/24 at around 6:00pm to pay my phone bill. I usually pay my bill online because of bad in store experiences in the past. However, the gentleman working there tonight was awesome! He greeted me upon entry even though he was busy with another customer. He was extremely friendly and professional. Even wished me a blessed night! This employee is the best I've ever experienced at a MetroPcs store. I think I'll be visiting this location more often! Thank You for your great customer service!!”

The gentleman who helped me, Dave, was polite, friendly, and got my phone in and out of there with a replaced screen and camera in no more than 20 minutes. Not to mention he even stayed an extra 20 minutes past closing to get it done for me. great service! Very Awesome dude.”
