She also is doing all the alterations for me, knowing that they close at 2 pm on a Saturday. “2nd time there. Ashley helped me yesterday. I returned a rubber sole ripped Pegasus 41 in the 60 day window. Paid $20 more for another Pegasus 41. The new ones are more comfortable. I bought more items and Ashley was very helpful. She’s been there for 3 years, that says something. Store is very clean and has a nice layout. Ask if there are any sales going on as their sales are lowkey but also on the Nike website and if they have the product, you are good to go.”

“I had the most beautiful experience at this store. The manager Catherine (I hope I’m spelling her name properly) was amazing. I broke down into tears as I was in the store. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and got a port. My bras aren’t working well so I was there getting new things. She cried with me, hugged me and told me “you’re going to be fine.” She shared her experiences with other women who’ve survived and how soma supports women in this journey.
This woman went out of her way to make a rough day much better for me. I’m so grateful for her. The other staff members were just as kind too. I will absolutely be back to this store because the level of kindness and care she offered me.
This is how we should all show up for each other. And I also love my purchases. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much.”

“My 13yr daughter and I stopped at the store to get her a few tops. As we were about to cash out, my child noticed she lost her $40 that she had in (her waistband ?) Miss Rose, a long time employee, heard the stress in my childs voice and immediately offered to help. Within 30 seconds I hear "I found it hunny"!! Miss Rose not only helped my child but gave her some motherly advise as to where to keep her $ safe lol. Thank you Miss Rose for your honesty and teaching my daughter a great lesson. “I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. “Just a tiny boutique with a big bang! I love this shop because somehow they always have what I don't know I want or need. In the beginning of the summer I got a dress by Choklate/Paris. I got a zillion compliments on it and then I bought another for a dear friends birthday and another for the fall. They have dresses /outfits for daily wear or special events that are super stylish and original. I have also picked up some great jewelry and a poncho for insanely reasonable prices.
