“Joel is a wonderful person and deserves all the credit for being an amazing with customer service. Stopped here for gas on my way home after with some work travel my brain wasn't raining. I kept trying to log in using my BJ's card lol. Fail number one and then he was kind enough to help me see the error of my ways without being rude. Then an old lady was driving away with her gas tank open. And I tried to alert her and he walked over and said don't worry I got it and he took care of it for her. Such a sweet gentleman.”

“I visited this gas station last Saturday and overall it was a very clean and well organized place the storage self was neat everything was easy to find and I felt like the staff really take pride and keeping the environment in good condition.
While I was there I witnessed the situation that stood out to me a man became very upset with the cashier and older woman after she told him that he cannot leave his car running while pumping gas he responded by yelling and using very inappropriate language even though this is a standard safety room meant to prevent fires and protect everyone on the property.
I want to recognize the cashier for how she handled the situation by being spoken to so harshly she remained calm professional and firm and enforcing an important safety rule and that kind of composure deserves appreciation.
That said I think the gas station could help prevent situations like this by putting up larger more visible signs outside clearly stating that cars need to be turned off while fueling. Overall this is a clean well maintained location with friendly staff who take safety seriously.”
