For the one time I did go to the pharmacy because I was nearby, the pharmacist was very polite and proactive.

“METROWEST PHARMACY PROVIDES FIVE STAR SERVICE - ESPECIALLY Pharmacist Blake! He is Extremely professional, incredibly polite, and very responsive. I needed an immediate eyedrop refill after my fourth 4th eye procedure/surgery and the script needed a modification. Blake took care of it immediately, processed it, and it will be delivered to my home first thing tomorrow.This is my third order and interaction with METROWEST. The pharmacists, especially Blake, answer every phone call personally, especially if you cannot get serviced through their efficient phone refill system. Everyone with whom I interacted is beyond COURTEOUS AND POLITE, extremely knowledgeable, and soooo professional. . This pharmacy delivers to my home the next day, which is so amazing and incredible. METROWEST IS THE EASIEST PHARMACY with which I have ever dealt. PLUPERFECT. I would give them 10 TEN STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO DO SO. SIMPLY EXCELLENT!!!!”

“They have carried out a nice renovation since I was there last. I had defected to using Market Basket which is closer to my house. I was not expecting to go to Hannaford's today but was with a friend so we stopped there. The problem: since I wasn't in my own car, I had no supermarket shopping bags with me. It is bad enough that you have to pay 10 cents a bag to carry out your food. Guaranteed the bags do not cost them 10 cents apiece. WORSE: the paper bags were garbage. They tore almost immediately when I tried to pick them up. They weren't that heavily loaded but all three tore. If they are going to make you pay for paper bags, the least they can do is give you a functional bag.”
“Changed my old pharmacy to Milford Central in Milford. Checked my insurance for prescription prices and saw I will save money on all of them. Milford Central Pharmacy has a free medication delivery service within a 10 mile radius Monday thru Friday.
Drop in for current flu and covid vaccinations, no appointment required.”

Vivian and Stephanie are both bilingual and pharmacists and that makes questions easy to be answered The hours are awesome and anytime you need advice or consultation someone is always available. “Not surprisingly, Adrian always takes excellent care of me!
I was there to pick up a new prescription. Adrian, who doesn’t’ miss a thing, knew that I was already taking this medication, so asked if this was correct. I let him know that my PCP was increasing the meds, so it was fine.
Secondly, the cost of my prescription was $170. Adrian used his magic, and got the price down to $31!!
He is my Knight in shining armor!

“I’ve visited Walgreens in Medway 3 times since I over to Millis in 2022. I just moved to Franklin but needed to go back there to pick up an Rx. This visit made the difference the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and friendly, and the young lady Mai, at the Pharmacy counter was very polite pleasant and personable. She made sure all my needs were met and updated my information without my asking but offered her help. She is driven and very customer service oriented. I appreciate your help and you are at the heart of what I remember Walgreens to be when I lived in RI and was a weekly regular. Because of you and (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) the young man at the front desk, I think I’d take the drive there all the time instead of switching to Franklin because my experience tidy was wonderful! Thank you for doing what you do in a professional kind and caring way!!! YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!!! ??????”

Medfield does that with that brand too. ?♀️ Just something to consider changing bc makes a customer especially one on a time crunch just think you’re out of the product you’re seeking. Gail pointed out where the rest were. We had a good chat and she gave me good tips and recommendations. Sweet, knowledgeable with skincare/health and definitely an asset to this location!”
“Hannaford Pharmacy is the best I've found in the area around Lexington and Waltham. Staff are always professional, always helpful. They answer the phone right away. They always check to find the better price between my Medicare copay vs. GoodRx and if they have not done this in advance they willingly check for and give me the better price at pick- up. When I use GoodRx, Hannaford is almost always the lowest price when compared to ten or so other area pharmacys, almost always lower than CVS or Walgreens.”

They called around to locate a medication that's in short supply and transferred the prescription there. They do vaccines, great if you need for travel (call ahead to see if they have it in stock). They deliver within a 10 mile radius for free! Best pharmacy ever!”
