“We got a flat tire driving during a winter storm on a Sunday morning. Got the spare on and called Mavis to check if they can fix it. Was told there’s no wait and that they can fix it right away, unlike a competitor who said they had a 45 min wait. The service rep greeted us warmly and the rep and technician examined the tire, checked for the leak, and fixed it within half and hour. Excellent and efficient service!”

They knew I was paying out of pocket for my car rental and even though they are busy, they had my car to me earlier than expected to reduce costs for me. “I have been taking my family's cars to Matt and Jeff for years and have always had excellent interactions; they are always receptive, work with you, and stand by their work. Just recently, my son had an rusted through pipe causing leaking anti-freeze with his 2010 Honda CRV in Minneapolis, MN; Matt worked with me as I tried to understand a quote breakdown to repair this issue while the car was at a shop in Minneapolis. It turns out that Minneapolis' mechanics charge the highest hourly rates in the nation (@$174 per hour), while dealers are much higher. But a big thank you to Matt for taking time to help me out.”

“Meineke in Shrewsbury was an awesome experience. They had an appointment within a few days of trying to book one to repair my air conditioner during a heat wave (and on a Saturday which was very convenient). The manager explained everything very clearly and upfront so there were no surprises with cost. The serviceman was wonderful and he also explained what had been done and anything I would need to consider in the near future. I did not feel pressured at all. Great service and customer care!”

As a matter of fact, I think my car has additional horsepower because of them! (You get what you pay for when it comes to jumper cables!)The Thomas family is the best and I refuse to go anywhere else.”

“Had a pin hole leak on my 1990 K2500 Silverado front tire. The tires are at least 25 years old as the unit does not get much use. I Took the tire off and bought it to the Shrewsbury branch. I figured it would cost me at least the price of new tire. They called me the next day to pick it up - cost was $27.26. They installed a new valve. I really appreciate the fact they did only what was needed at an extremely reasonable price. The crew up there was courteous as well.”

“I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience was. Robby took his time to take care of me. Vehicle was hand picked out for me, runs good with no noises, no lights on dashboard or body damages to the vehicle and was super clean, shiny and smelt so good once I’ve picked it up. Everything was quick and easy as well. Price on the vehicle was affordable and he also helped me lower my insurance payment and also get refunded by them. I def recommend :)”
