“I know absolutely NOTHING about cars and Robby took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He was patient and helpful. Truly one of the easiest experiences I've had with anything car related. I'd recommend to absolutely anyone I come across. Robby made the process completely smooth. Genuinely some amazing service”

“I love that my price chopper card gives me a discount on the gas prices here. Only complaint I have is that it's busy and there always seems to be pumps closed off for various reasons. So there are times I drive off. But this is one of my main stops for gas.”

“I stopped at this Shell station to fill up on gasoline while visiting from out of town. My visit was on a weekday evening while running errands preparing to head out the next day.The station is well signed, easy to find, and conveniently located in the center of town. Although the sun was setting, the station was well lit.I opted to pay inside for my fuel. The pumps were clearly labeled so it was easy for me to communicate which pump should be activated. The clerk was attentive and courteous, and efficiently processed my order. While in the shop, I noted a good selection of fast food snacks and basic auto care items. One could get chips, soda, breakfast bars and the like. Motor oil, car fresheners, and windshield washer fluid were available. This however is not a service garage. The prices reflected typical convenience store markup. The gasoline prices were competitive and reflected the high traffic location and market conditions. One could probably get better prices in the city, but that was out of my way and common sense about safety says choosing a well lit location with regular traffic may be a good choice especially at night. I felt the markup was fair for the convenience.Operating the pump was straightforward as the instructions were clearly displayed onscreen. Different grades of fuel were available and are selected with large push buttons. The fueling went quickly, and the gallons dispensed, price per gallon, and total expenditure displayed and updated. There is music/ broadcast playing which made the environment pleasant. The station offers a squeegee and wash solution for patrons to clean their windshields and car. There is also a waste basket so you can clean out your old coffee cups or whatever incidental small trash is in your car. There are several islands with 4 pumps each. There were a few other customers arriving and departing while I was there, but there was ample space for everyone. During busier times there's probably less space but overall the layout makes good use of what's available and that one can enter and exit from main street or the side road improves traffic flow. The corner location makes this station more convenient than other stations nearby.I was soon on my way after a quick fuel stop. Overall the station was convenient, clean and efficient. There were opportunities for snacks and vehicle essential had I needed them for my trip. This is the gasoline station I choose when in the area and my recent visit confirmed that I will continue to patronize this station.”

“Great place to get your inspection sticker. They were honest men and I got my new sticker quickly. Sam’s doesn’t have an incentive to fabricate a “problem” with your car that can be “fixed” for more money. I’ll go back to Sam’s because they are trustworthy.”

“This morning I needed to get gas - I stopped at this location . I go inside to pay & my card got declined - I was so confused since I knew my fiance had transfer me money the day before . I tell the clerk I will check on my phone - for whatever reason my banks has my money in hold . So I start crying , trying to call my fiance at 5:40am to see if he can send me apple pay . As I am doing that - Karen comes to my window & tells me she paid for my gas !!!! I am a nursing student who barely works 8hrs a week & is always tight on money . This mean more than she thinks !!”

“The only reason I ask a truck driver don't mind coming up here to Satan's country (New England the locals call it) is so I can come to this truckstop so I can go ti the restaurant across the street. Very good place fir the Northeast. The only other place worth checking out is Dysarts in Bangor, MAINE. I guess that Jim's place in Buffalo NY has a decent restaurant as well. Real slim pickins for us drivers up in this hideous area of this nation.”

“Had an amazing experience with employee Alma. She went above and beyond expectations. While having a great conversation with her, she was still working hard and never missed a beat. This employee either deserves a raise or to be a manager. She is definitely qualified for the position.”
