“This is the second time I have had my boots resoled here. Both boots were well loved and broken in- Sam Edelman boots and just recently my Frye boots. Expertly repaired. The leather on these boots was showing the wear of 10 years and the soles had holes in them. They look brand new- customer service is great, can't go wrong . Quality workmanship and great business. Shop small.”

“My favorite place for serious running and foot apparel. I've shopped here before but I felt bad for showing up 30 min before closing but I knew I would be quick. I was immediately greeted by the 3 employees there. The young man that helped me asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. New running shoes. I'm getting back into running. He explained the process. He was so knowledgeable about everything, which was surprising because he was very young. They check how you walk, they have you step onto a scanner they have that measures your body weight and locations of pressure. All to assist them with finding you the right shoes for you. He came back with boxes of all sorts. He explained the dynamics of every shoe, what it's known for, etc. Not one person was in a rush to close the store. I tried on a few pairs, they even offered to have shoes shipped to the store or my home if they didn't have them there. I decided on the ones I wanted. They were not overly priced, I had expected to pay more for my experience because that's what you get at Marathon Sports, a very thorough and helpful experience. It gives me confidence that I will be comfortable in my new shoes. Other retailers should learn from this place. I will never go anywhere else.”

“I’ve honestly never experienced better customer service anywhere, ever. My family and I have been loyal Red Wing customers in Shrewsbury for years — my dad and I both swear by their boots. Not only did Cassandra locate the discontinued model my dad loves, but she also managed to track them down and get them ordered in time for his birthday. She even double-checked our scan history to make sure the sizing was perfect.
