“Hanover Alewife is the most beautiful apartment I have ever lived in! When I looked at the apartment I now call my home, I knew I would be happy here. Jeff and Brandon were the first staff I interacted with when I first viewed the luxuries at Hanover Alewife. From day one, all the staff I have interacted with have gone out of their way to assist me in whatever I have needed. Ky has been a person of professionalism as well. They all have been there graciously and I am greatly appreciative of all of them. I look forward to the memories I build and feel like I am living my dream life! (Living the dream!) The amenities are amazing! A full sized washer and dryer in the unit, a spa sized bathtub, a huge kitchen with a huge amount of cabinet space, a gym on the second floor, an outdoor pool, high ceilings, plenty of sunlight, and extremely quiet in the building as well as in the neighborhood. These are all pluses. I really love the location, too! Hanover Alewife is right next to various restaurants, the Fresh Pond Mall, which includes Trader Joe's and Dunkin Donuts, among many other businesses. Also, Hanover Alewife is less than a ten minute walk from the T Station-Red Line. I really have no complaints, I am very happy here! Even when I had a maintenance request, someone was there in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Hanover Alewife to anyone!”

“The apartment is really nice and spacious and the amenities are great. However, upon move-in we did notice quite a few things that we had to put on the list so they would not be taken out of our security deposit when we do end up moving eventually. The water pressure is a bit weak which I wish we had known beforehand. However, that being said, you cannot beat the location and the amenities are truly great. Some people say it is loud, but I think that is the price you pay for such a central and fun location and it does not bother us at all. The staff is kind and responsive. The maintenance man Sazan is lovely, efficient, and helpful!”

“My favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The concierge and leasing team are very responsive and consistently go above and beyond. On one occasion, I had packages delivered that required refrigeration while I was away traveling, and they kindly coordinated refrigerating them safely until my return. Kenny, the doorman at Ink Block 3, is one of the best doormen I’ve ever had. He knows everyone in the building by name, is always offering to help (especially with packages), and is so friendly and positive—he truly makes my day. Katie in the leasing office was always incredibly helpful when I was moving in / moving out. I moved out of Ink Block due to a job relocation, but if I had stayed in Boston, I would have absolutely continued living here—I truly can’t think of a better place to live. The location is unbeatable: walkable to downtown (where my office was), Back Bay, and the Seaport, with CVS and Whole Foods right in the same block. The staff are fantastic, the building is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are great—lots of natural sunlight, modern appliances, and no maintenance issues during my time there.”

“Matt is the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly felt compelled to take the time and write a review because of how exceptional our experience has been with Matt, the Leasing Consultant here. It’s rare to find someone in leasing who genuinely cares this much about residents’ experience. We scheduled an apartment tour online, and Matt gave us an incredibly informative tour. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of our questions. My husband and I can be a bit of an anxious couple with many follow-ups and double-checks, but Matt has always responded promptly, clearly, and with so much patience. He often went out of his way to make things clear and easy for us --- move-in logistics, billing details, ESA documentation, etc --- Matt truly seems to have an answer or solution for everything. We really appreciate Matt and honestly credit him as the main reason we decided to sign here. We just moved in last week and already feel right at home.”

“Jose, Julio, and Carlos from the maintenance team have truly gone above and beyond since I moved in to help address a few issues! They have been incredibly prompt and always eager to help. Jose has made things happen quickly and is very on top of coordination. They have made my living experience so much more positive! Christopher the property manager has also been very thoughtful about helping when there was miscommunication/issues with my unit upon move in. He has really taken the time to ensure any issues were addressed and escalating when needed. My only concern/ feedback relates to the college students in this building who are often bringing groups/friends into the facilities (infiltrating the gym with groups) and throwing parties in the rooftop area. I think management should adopt a no-students policy for the building and/or better control over their access to the building amenities, since it significantly impacts the ability of professionals to live in the building.”

“Leslie has been amazing to work with since I moved in. Anytime I have emailed her with a question, concern, or issue, she responds very quickly and actually follows through to make sure it gets handled. Whether it has been a maintenance concern, an issue in the building, or simply something I needed help with, she has always been responsive, professional, and willing to help. What really stands out to me is the communication. At a lot of apartment communities, you can send an email and wait days for a response or have to follow up multiple times. That has never been my experience with Leslie. She gets back to me quickly, keeps me updated, and makes sure things actually get done instead of just acknowledging the email. Having someone in management who is this easy to reach and genuinely helpful makes a huge difference when living in an apartment community. If you ever have a problem or need assistance at Edison on the Charles, I definitely recommend reaching out to Leslie. She has been great and the customer service she provides is a big reason I have had such a positive experience here.”

It’s always impeccably clean. Any issues are resolved quickly. The staff is always helpful and nice. One of like to specifically point out is Holden Cohagen. He has been so professional and helpful through the entire process of finding a rental and applying process. He goes above and beyond. So happy he is there.”

“10 years @Asteria and it has been an absolutely best experience! Why so long? 1. Cannot beat location with accessibility to Beacon Hill, Seaport, Charles River, Cambridge and Downtown Crossing - arguably best location in town. 2. Very safe and secure as location is right next to the mass general hospital. Always security of some sort around. 3. Amazing staff that did change over the years but overall that’s part of the reason I stayed! Heartily shoutout to Mike from maintenance, Gabby and Brandon from the leasing office. Paul the doorman was my favorite - always to detail oriented and organized! 4. Many residents stay for many years given all the positives provided above. It’s nice to have a rental building that’s not fully transient. 5. Building is mostly doctors, nurses and residents so generally very quiet. Only two negatives: gym is very old and needs a facelift; garage is very expensive and gross, scary (drug addicts) but that’s controlled by mass general not west end apartments.”

“I recently moved into 91 Sidney in Cambridge after relocating from the UK and had to choose my apartment virtually. I went through a lot of options, but this one stood out right away. After living here for a couple of months, I can say it was the right call. It’s been a great experience so far. The apartment itself is bright and comfortable. It feels well laid out and was easy to settle into. The location is hard to beat. Everything I need is within walking distance (Hmart & Target & whole foods) Central Square is right there, and it’s easy to get anywhere or into Boston. Logan Airport is about 20 mins away, which has been a big plus for my travel schedule. There’s also a dog park next door, and parking is right next door. The building team has been great. Friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Sandro Galdamez from maintenance has been super helpful and took the time to show me how to use the hvac system (heat/AC), which I really appreciated. They recently hosted an egg hunt event for the kids, and my little one had a great time. There were a ton of eggs and treats for everyone. It was well organized and thoughtful. Everyone has been welcoming, and I appreciate events that are geared toward young families. Lee Tran played a big role in my experience from the start. He walked me through multiple facetime tours and followed up with photos and videos so I could understand the space properly. He was patient, responsive, and made the whole process feel much easier, especially moving from another country. Out of all the buildings I looked at, my experience with him stood out the most. He knows the area well and helped guide me to the right unit for me and my kid. The only downside is parking is about $450 a month, but that’s pretty standard for Cambridge & Boston so it’s understandable. Overall, I’m really happy here and would recommend 91 Sidney to anyone looking in the Cambridge area.”

“Corey 10 Apartments combines convenience, affordability, and service to provide an overall excellent living experience.Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Melrose, a pleasant residential suburb with good local schools, the area also provides easy access to the Fells hiking trails and public transportation to downtown Boston with the nearby commuter rail (which is far enough to not cause noise issues). Although they do not offer as many shared amenities as other locations, the apartments are well-fitted with modern accommodations, including washer/dryer and premium kitchen appliances. Rent prices are comparably affordable for the area.With regard to service, they have been exemplary in my experience. Specifically, they were gracious and understanding of my situation when a family member was ill and I had to be away for an extended period of time. Without their support, I would not had peace of mind about my living situation while I was away. Thank you very much Corey 10!”
