“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

Chris Kinney from the leasing office was a great resource as we had to find the best solution to moving out before our lease was up due to relocation. He made the process painless and helped to ensure we weren’t put in tough situations. While our time in Boston was relatively short, we will always remember the Alcott because of how great it was.”

“I loved all 4 years I was at Metro Marina Bay. It was the most fun, most easy years I've had renting. Not only is the location just perfect, the building is professionally cleaned almost every day, the grounds are always perfectly manicured and maintenance will attend to any issue from a fire alarm battery replacement to a broken appliance within hours. The staff is amazing, I was so thankful for everything David and his team did. The maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. There are more amenities to the gym, community room and outdoor space like specials/discounts at the Marina Bay restaurants, shuttle to the T, dry cleaning service, and more. Metro is the happiest place to live.”

“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “Kaitlyn and Elise are the best leasing team I’ve had! They are very friendly, outgoing, and help with anything that needs to be fixed. They are a great team and they make living at 315 on A that much easier!! Would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking in the area, it is the perfect combination of a community feel, great amenities, and very friendly people including the leasing staff. I’ve moved from a one-bed to a two-bedroom in the last year and the transition was seamless, especially with the help from Kaitlyn and Elise. Perfect location as well with so much around us!”

“I’ve lived at The Village at Taylor Pond for about 12 years. I moved here with my then, boyfriend about a year after graduating from college. Flash forward to 2023, we are now married with 2 children. Taylor Pond quickly became home to us. We love the peaceful family friendly property (walking trails, dog park, playground, quiet streets to ride your bikes on, etc). We have seen a handful of staff throughout the years and while they’ve always been warm and welcoming, the current staff has gone above and beyond to make sure their residents have everything they need. Maintenance (currently: Sadi) always waves hello to us in passing and is so sweet to our children. He is quick and efficient with anything we need fixed. The management team, especially Arthur have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. My daughter enjoys coming off the bus and running to Arthur’s office to ask a “math question of the day”. I recently mentioned that we had a few trees blocking our windows. It was something I said in passing, but Arthur was quick to find a solution and worked with the grounds crew the next time they were here to trim them which allowed more light into our home. We also love the newly updated amenities, freshly painted halls, and new carpeting throughout the buildings. Taylor Pond is a very well maintained and respected community. It is extremely family friendly and just such a great place to live if you’re looking to rent in Bedford!”

“Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”

“Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!”

“What happens when you share a secret? It's no longer a secret.....though, West of Chestnut sits right on Hancock street, right on top of all these amazing bars and restaurants, so I guess we're okay. It's pretty much in your face. I've been living here for about nine months - here's the scoop: Staff: Annie and Devon! These girls make my day (whenever I get to escape my apt - oh, I work from home - more on the apt in a bit). They remember life moments (and that time you went on a shopping spree) and won't judge you for your weirdo husband (I mean, he's out there...) Security on the premise: Steve-O our security guy - I once saw him chase away a vagabond drunk. Oh wait, I think that was my husband... Building: Place is always clean and smells nice (except for the garbage chute, but, that's what it signed up for). There's a pretty large social room where you can host par-tays. Speaking of, every month Annie and Devon have a full event schedule planned out. Whether it's drinks, food, or fun games, there is always something planned....now, as a planner, I know that should not be taken lightly. If you're watching your waistline - eh, that's a problem. At the end of the day, West of Chestnut is getting people to know each other as neighbors! But I work from home and just watch everyone having fun from my window over my laptop #workfromhomeproblems Apartment: Did I mention I work from home? Well I do, so that means I never leave the place! But still, TONS of natural lighting and pretty quiet where our apartment sits. Even when they're partying downstairs, I can't tell I'm missing out! Okay, but seriously, open floor concept, modern and clean so whatever is your personal home décor style, it can work; never had a problem with the thermostat and if you ever do have something go wrong (light bulbs out, sink is clogged) - you have a maintenance team who jumps on it ASAP and gets it all taken care of. If you're looking for a roof over your head -there are many out there. If you're looking for one to call a home, have people you can call friends and literally be able to drag yourself from the bar and walk a few feet home - this is the right place to call "Home."”

“There is so much to do on the campus alone, and the renovated church looks like a tourist attraction. Super dog-friendly, great gym, beautiful plants on the premises, and many spaces for remote workers. It is so calming to walk around outside; I do it almost every day. The cleaning staff is excellent, and the maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. It is a terrific place to live!”

“Worked with Michael, Muhammad, and Arthur at different stages before my move-in, and all of them were super patient and very helpful. I had multiple and repetitive questions regarding the move, as it was a stressful interstate move, and they made it seamless. The concierge, the maintenance team, and everyone were very respectful and helpful from day 1, making me feel right at home. Special shout-out to Michael for going above and beyond in helping me move some really huge and heavy furniture on the day of my move-in and after. I can't imagine what I would have done without his help! Thank you very much. :)”

“I work for local subcontractor that services this facility for all its glass work. I visit their multiple buildings within the property several times a week. Every visit, I take note of its prestine cleanslines and the on site maintenance staff following up with even the most insignificant blemishes within their clients rooms as well as stairwells and common areas. The overall functioning of all the many separate buildings on this sprawling property must be difficult, however JCHE staff appear to do it daily with ease. Hats off to all who work at this facility to ensure their clients get the absolute best of care.”
