“Had a great experience here. The staff including the ones in front desk and leasing office are very understanding. Adrienne, the lady at the leasing office, when I told her I was looking for a trolley, helped bring it up all the way outside my door. It was a Saturday and when I had difficulty opening door with baby inside, helped there too. Megan, Aleana, Adrienne, Kevin, James, the maintenance and cleaning staff, everyone 5 stars. The view from the broadwalk outside is also just so relaxing to take a walk in the evenings. Wish I could have stayed here longer !”
“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

“We love living here. The whole staff (Allison, Ed and Matt) have been wonderful. We recently had a leak in the ceiling. Ed and Matt didn't stop until they knew without a doubt why it was happening so it was fixed properly. I love the fact that they all kept me informed each step of the way. Thank you all!”
“My wife and I lived at the Alcott for a year and a half and have nothing but good things to say. The building’s staff was great and the amenities were as good as they get. Chris Kinney from the leasing office was a great resource as we had to find the best solution to moving out before our lease was up due to relocation. He made the process painless and helped to ensure we weren’t put in tough situations. While our time in Boston was relatively short, we will always remember the Alcott because of how great it was.”
“Been living here for almost 2 years and love it. The staff is amazing and they have been extremely responsive when we needed help. Maintenance requests are usually done quickly, and management had our back when we ran into an issue with another resident. (Hasn’t happened since)They occasionally plan events for the residents and they’re usually fun! It really helps to meet your neighbors.Perfect spot if you’re a dog owner too. There’s a small dog park and dog wash room which we use a lot!Apartments are very nice and soundproof, you rarely hear your neighbors.All of the amenities are kept clean as well. I use the gym, yoga room, and pool quite a bit and it is always well maintained.Highly recommend!”

“I loved all 4 years I was at Metro Marina Bay. It was the most fun, most easy years I've had renting. Not only is the location just perfect, the building is professionally cleaned almost every day, the grounds are always perfectly manicured and maintenance will attend to any issue from a fire alarm battery replacement to a broken appliance within hours. The staff is amazing, I was so thankful for everything David and his team did. The maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. There are more amenities to the gym, community room and outdoor space like specials/discounts at the Marina Bay restaurants, shuttle to the T, dry cleaning service, and more. Metro is the happiest place to live.”
“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “Mark and Montrez are two of my favorite receptionists at Ava because they are always smiling and wishing us the best! Mark even helped my mom today when she was locked out. Nicole also resolved a residence app request literally within 15 minutes of submitting it. Meg additionally honored our original price for the unit of when we were touring Ava. Genuinely, everyone who works here is super considerate of our safety and comfort and I love how the team dynamic is very cohesive! The workers are diligent, welcoming and humble with their intelligence. I couldn’t recommend this place more and wish I could give this review six stars instead of five!”

“Worked with Michael, Muhammad, and Arthur at different stages before my move-in, and all of them were super patient and very helpful. I had multiple and repetitive questions regarding the move, as it was a stressful interstate move, and they made it seamless. The concierge, the maintenance team, and everyone were very respectful and helpful from day 1, making me feel right at home. Special shout-out to Michael for going above and beyond in helping me move some really huge and heavy furniture on the day of my move-in and after. “Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”

“Best place in Boston to live. It’s near back bay and very close to newbury and prudential. It’s great for students and a very safe place for women. You get to meet a lot of great people who are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are furnished and you share a bathroom with 2-3 people and they are cleaned everyday by the management. There is a laundry room down and the kitchens are shared. It’s really a deal as rooms that size are around 1700+ in that area whereas rooms in the building are below 1000 and they include utilities and they are furnished. The heating system in winter is wonderful. Overall I would prefer to stay there again if possible.”

“My overall experience living here for two years is what you would expect, there weren't really any surprises or nightmares. The apartments were very new, clean, and nice. The gym, bike storage, and garage are very convenient. Maintenance was fast and painless whenever I needed it for minor issues and repairs. Management was always very friendly and cooperative, but sometimes took upwards of a week to respond to emails. There were some issues with the elevators and "smart" door locks (which were no more functional than a key). I moved out for two reasons, my studio was very small for the amount of money I was paying (they raised the rent to $2250) and the location, while close to the T and downtown, is surrounded by highways and parking lots.”
