The management office staff are very helpful and responsive. Specifically, Joseph A from the management team has been extremely great to work with and very accommodating of our requests. “I lived here for a while now. I love this place because of the following reasons:1. Outstanding management and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to help you. Mike, the manager is really proactive and get things done as needed.2. Great locations for public transportation and easy commute. Has huge park just crossing the street. I love my morning or afternoon walks on this huge park.3. It has plenty of car parking space. It costs you few bucks but you don’t need to worry about car parking (and that’s a big deal in Boston!).4. My apartment was really clean and has no issues. If I needed anything, they helped within 24 hours or earlier.5. Finally, I felt home here. The people on this community are respectful and friendly. “New tenantI'm giving it a 5, great location, stunning view of Charles River and Boston skylines.The fact that it's central to everything makes life super easy.Decent apartment with stairs on the inside, I like the added space, the window railings can use a bit of a touch up, but this is minor, and can be fixed by a simple coat.I really like the fact that I am able to wake up to the views every single day.The staffs are very helpfulIt might not be a modern apartment, but it's been retouched on the inside and feels very homely.Neighbors are polite & generally easy going. I love the tranquil that comes with the apartment and ofcourse its centralization.Cons:You have to pay a monthly fee for parking, when I rented here I wasn't sure I wanted a car, now that I'm planning to get one, this my only pain.”

“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”
