Capital One Café is a clean and nice place that functions as both a bank and a café. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable spaces for working or taking a break, featuring pretty decent decor. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient, with many employees noted for going the extra mile and providing excellent, helpful service. The baristas are fantastic and create a welcoming atmosphere. The café serves world-class Verve Coffee, which is excellent, and an all-day food menu. The breakfast sandwiches are described as some of the tastiest. While there is lots of variety, some customers request the option for bagels. Customers get 50% off handcrafted beverages when paying with a Capital One or Discover card. For banking, it provides in-person support and fee-free Café ATMs for account holders. It also offers free Wi-Fi and free financial literacy workshops for everyone. Parking can be limited, with only a couple of often-taken paid street spots in front, though nearby parking at places like Whole Foods is an option.

Very friendly staff. Limited food choices, but what they have is good. I get a lot of work done here and the free meeting rooms (for Capital One cardholders) are a great perk.
