The clothing at Banana Republic is elegant, high quality, and surprisingly affordable thanks to great discounts. The value for the price is outstanding.     “I walked into the store on a recent Saturday afternoon and Kristin greeted me with a friendly hello and asked if I was looking for something in particular. When I said yes, I was looking for a white t-shirt she was so nice and helpful by showing me all the options in the store and discussing each piece with me as I tried them on and selected the perfect one. I haven't experienced that good of customer service in the United States in years! It was exactly the type of service I received when I was recently in Paris, France. I will definitely be shopping more at the Athleta in Assembly row because this is the kind of customer service that makes a customer feel valued, helps them to find the perfect item, and that all stores need to have!”

    “You can easily spend more than 2 hours in this store and leave with a lot of things to buy since the prices are quite cheap, although you have to search through hundreds of items of clothing. The bad thing is that everything is a bit messy, not because of the store itself but because of the customers who destroy everything they catch and leave it anywhere.”
