39 Brattle St, Cambridge“I typically wouldn't leave reviews for stores, but my experience at the Patagonia store in Harvard Square, Cambridge, was exceptional! I brought in my ripped jacket for repair, knowing that Patagonia offers free repairs, but the salesman truly went above and beyond to help me out. His assistance and expertise made the process seamless and hassle-free. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this store. I highly recommend Patagonia to anyone in need of outdoor gear, not just for their high-quality products but also for their outstanding customer service.”
“Literally the most quintessentially Cambridge shop of all time. Really charming, old timey feel. They know your name and what size suit you wear, etc. Preppy handbook come to life: I wish all retail shops were still like this. Definitely an institution at Harvard! You won't regret stopping by.”
“A breath of fresh air in the neighborhood for sure. Ran/owned by a super cool couple(the husband worked on the music for Jujutsu Kaisen) Always very friendly and welcoming. A lot of one of a kind designs done by them and also the only place around for Asian street style.”
“Love the selection ranging from casual to chic with options that are classy, cheerful, and clean. You'll find high-quality jeans, pants, flowery dresses, elegant skirts, workwear shirts, sweet tops, and so much more. The store truly has something for everyone, and the variety is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a trendy outfit or a classic staple, this store has got you covered.”
“Great quality in casual clothes. However being European their sizes run very small. Buy one size up or at least try everything on. But jackets, coats , sweatpants are all thick high quality and very warm”
“Nice lil school store located on campus , it's small and cozy but plenty busy , cool Harvard merch in the store and workers are friendly despite bring crazy busy”
“My wife and I were visiting from Australia and were a little lost. My wife went in to ask directions and was helped by Jacob. We were very grateful and impressed by his help, great customer service even to a non customer. Well done Jacob , keep up the good work and thank you again.”
“I started shopping here in '88. Those were my Vintage days. Then grunge and finally goth. They had EVERYTHING.I was so young / 19 - 20. I usually went to Oona's during my vintage days. It was costly as a teen though. Garment District was one of the only places I would shop 'cause they always had the correct clothing for my alternative -- grunge--goth days as well as appropriate items for work. That was so many decades ago. I miss it. It's huge & they had anything I wanted. iNo need to go to NYC!”

35 Sacramento St, Cambridge“very small store but they have an amazing assortment of home goods and textiles! lots of stuff on sale too and i thought the prices were very fair. the owner was SO kind too, offered to hold an item i purchased until i could come back to grab it the next day as i was walking a bunch and couldn’t carry it with me. when i went back the next morning she remembered my name and home city and greeted me like a friend. def stop by.”
“Grace needs a raise! She was super helpful and professional helping me find some new jeans. I gained some pandemic weight and was between sizes. She made an otherwise stressful process smooth and easy!”
“This store was MADE FOR ME!! They had the cutest, classiest clothes, reasonable prices for high quality pieces and wonderful service. All around 10/10. Definitely will be returning.”
“Great selection of apparell that is high quality but the prices are extreme. You would be better off purchasing at Kohls instead of paying over 100+ from this store.”
“I went to Chhabra to look for outfits to wear to my first Indian Wedding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. They found me beautiful outfits made of gorgeous fabrics and then helped select accessories to match. They spent time teaching me about Indian traditions and what to expect at each event. I feel so much more at ease and excited about the upcoming ceremonies. They moved mountains to do last minute alterations, relieving so much of my anxiety. The dresses look beautiful on me. This is going to be a special time for us and Chhabra made it even more special. Off-street parking was also a pleasant surprise.”
“Fantastic first-time customer experience at Keezer's! Dave was super helpful (I know very little about dress clothing). He took the time to help me put together a great outfit for an academic event (sports coat + dress pants, belt & shoes).
Next-day tailoring available (my event is in 2 days).
Their selection is all vintage. I'm happy b.c it's better for the environment than buying new.
Keezer's has highest-end brand name vintage at low prices. You can put together a fantastic outfit with a classic look for the right price.”

“Hands down the best dispensary in Massachusetts! Every time I stop in there it’s always relaxing and a great experience. The staff is as helpful as they come but especially Jovanni. Always great deals too”
