“I typically wouldn't leave reviews for stores, but my experience at the Patagonia store in Harvard Square, Cambridge, was exceptional! I brought in my ripped jacket for repair, knowing that Patagonia offers free repairs, but the salesman truly went above and beyond to help me out. His assistance and expertise made the process seamless and hassle-free. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this store. I highly recommend Patagonia to anyone in need of outdoor gear, not just for their high-quality products but also for their outstanding customer service.”

“Great quality in casual clothes. However being European their sizes run very small. Buy one size up or at least try everything on. But jackets, coats , sweatpants are all thick high quality and very warm”

“I started shopping here in '88. Those were my Vintage days. Then grunge and finally goth. They had EVERYTHING.I was so young / 19 - 20. I usually went to Oona's during my vintage days. It was costly as a teen though. Garment District was one of the only places I would shop 'cause they always had the correct clothing for my alternative -- grunge--goth days as well as appropriate items for work. That was so many decades ago. I miss it. It's huge & they had anything I wanted. iNo need to go to NYC!”

“very small store but they have an amazing assortment of home goods and textiles! lots of stuff on sale too and i thought the prices were very fair. the owner was SO kind too, offered to hold an item i purchased until i could come back to grab it the next day as i was walking a bunch and couldn’t carry it with me. when i went back the next morning she remembered my name and home city and greeted me like a friend. def stop by.”

“I went to Chhabra to look for outfits to wear to my first Indian Wedding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. They found me beautiful outfits made of gorgeous fabrics and then helped select accessories to match. They spent time teaching me about Indian traditions and what to expect at each event. I feel so much more at ease and excited about the upcoming ceremonies. They moved mountains to do last minute alterations, relieving so much of my anxiety. The dresses look beautiful on me. This is going to be a special time for us and Chhabra made it even more special. Off-street parking was also a pleasant surprise.”
