“Eric is hands down the best shoe retail rep I have ever encountered. I walked into Reebok curious and skeptical about their products and with no intention of making a purchase or spending over 10 minutes in the store. Eric invested his time and energy to educate me about shoe wear technology and over multiple hours suggested nearly a dozen options to consider (while simultaneously knocking out his inventory duties). Eric went so above and beyond that I called my wife and kids to come into the store and find a pair of shoes to buy. Eric set my wife up with the the last pair in her size (floor model) and Eric went to the back to find my daughter her unique size. I even bought some shorts before checkout! I am proud to say I left Reebok a loyal customer and Reebok will be my first stop next time I am looking for shoe wear! Thank you Eric! Bravo Sir!?”
