The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.

“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”
“Very attentive, nice, patient, and easy! I came in with 10 boxes to ship across the country and it couldn’t have gone more smoother. I appreciated the patience and friendliness I was met with, any other worker at any other postal office would’ve given me a much different experience.”

“AT&T informed me that they were going to charge me $876.45 for a phone that I traded in but they claimed it was never received. I didn’t save my receipt with the tracking number on it because it was over 3 months ago. Nick worked with me to get the evidence I needed to prove to AT&T that it was indeed shipped back to them and they credited my account. Bravo Nick for going above and beyond anyone’s expectations to help a UPS customer out and deliver true customer service and satisfaction!”

Today the gentleman asked, “How has your day been so far?” When I responded with “Could be better.” He took the time to ask follow up questions and showed genuine concern, asking if there was a way he could help. Seeing my emotion when I responded, “No, but I genuinely appreciate you asking,” He expressed that he hoped that whatever I’m going through gets better and asked if I needed a hug. All the time, completing my shipping needs with efficiency.”

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”

“I had the most amazing experience at UPS Store #6017 (679 Washington St Ste 3, South Attleboro, MA 02703) yesterday.
I needed help with a rush order for my father’s Memorial Service. I first spoke with Patricia who said that the print expert was working at another location that day, but she would call around to find a solution. Ultimately, the owner of the store, Irene, came in on a Saturday to help me.
Everything got done on-time and looked fantastic. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to help me in a very stressful moment. I will forever be grateful and plan to tell everyone I know about the service I received. Thank you!”
