“Wilbraham U-Store-It is was one of those little gems that you may overlook. My experience with other storage companies in Wilbraham all left something to be desired. Constantly baiting and switching and generally difficult to do business with. All that lead me to Wilbraham U-Store-It, the storage company I stayed many years with until leaving the area. The units are spacious, fairly priced and very accessible. They don't keep raising their prices and the office staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They go out of their way to treat you well. Highly recommend.”

“From beginning to end, my experience was almost seamless. It was easy to get started and I appreciated the free lock. The location was convenient and once the potholes were filled, it was easy to get in and out of. The one challenge I had was when I went to the facility and found all the numbers removed from the units due to painting or siding. I did locate my unit successfully, nonetheless.”
“It's a storage facility. I rate it in the top 25% of what's out there. However, their pricing was best in the area and their manager was extremely helpful. I read a couple of other reviews from the year 2009 and totally believe they were written by a competitor. Hey... I needed to store my property and these people went out of their way to assist.”
“I had a very rough moving experience recently when our closing date got delayed and we were stuck in limbo for almost a week with all our stuff on a moving truck. The guys at the Holyoke U-Haul facility were so nice and helpful in dealing with me and all my stress! They helped me coordinate with our movers to get everything unloaded from the truck into the self storage facility, and then we got every back onto the truck a week later and into our new house. It was pretty chaotic and all the staff were so patient. It was definitely a good experience and I would work with this facility again for sure.”

“HUGE place with tons of storage to rent. I have a climate control unit plus a drive up and all the climate control is available 24/7 now with key codes. The GM Brian(I think is his name) in the office told me all buildings will be 24/7 key code accessible soon. highly recommended”
