Sarat Ford had previously told me they were way over booked and gave me an appointment 2 months out to October. Marcotte Ford took us in the following day and honored our service contract also.”
“One of my tires was losing air consistently over a week or so. It got worse so I decided to stop into Rucki’s. Steve at the front desk was super nice and helpful and took my information and said they had a few people ahead of me, but would be able to get to it soon before closing (which was already impressive as this was around 3-3:30pm and they close at 5.)
I opted to leave my car there, not expecting them to actually be able to get to it that day. Not even an hour later, Steve called to let me know my car/tire was all set, and that they found a puncture in the tire and plugged it. When I asked how much I owed them, I was surprised to hear him say it would only be $25.
Rucki’s is by far the most honest and hard working shop I have visited, and I will definitely be back in the future.”

“Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!”

“I looked on Google for someone who could fix my tire leak. I thought it had a nail in it. Nondos was nearby so I went there. When I went in a very nice receptionist greeted me so friendly and when I asked if they could help me she immediately went to ask if it could be done soon. Immediately Joey the owner came in and said he would fix it right then. For a very very low price. I was shocked. The car was done shortly. The business is very kind and hard working and super ready to help. I am recommending them. I felt a huge weight lifted off me. Thank you Nondo's... 🤗”

“Came in with noise from rear when going over bumps, but only bumps on the right side of the car. Called Tuesday and got appointment from Wednesday, which was great since I was driving 500+ miles on Thursday and wanted to make sure it was nothing major.
Turned out to be a bent brake pad retainer anti rattle clip, which they adjusted properly.
Great service and price given that diagnosing suspension/brake noises can be time consuming. Definitely recommend!”

It was fixed and I thank the kid at the counter for his service. I've worked on cars my whole life. Never would it have taken me more than 15 min to take a tire off, clean the rim and replace it.”
