“Baldwin Auto has totally fixed my daughter's car from the tirod, blinker, oil change and the sun roof that has not worked since she got it. Other places wanted 150-300 just to look at it, not Baldwin took a look at it and BOOM it's fixed. Quote the prices (better then any other place around) and stuck to them. As a woman who has been overcharged and problems not fixed from other places, I can tell you from now on anything to do with my vehicles Baldwin Auto will be the only place I go. However, Alex told me he could have the other 2 First thing the next morning and to come back at 7:30 am. “On one of the worst days to deliver to Northhampton AND get a flat tire (it rained all day), the crew at this location took care of me and my truck. They went over my options for a new tire, and upon informing them that I just need the cheapest option to get me home, they inspected the tire without hesitation to see if it can be salvaged. Other places would've looked at the tire being off the rim as not being able to be salvaged. But they did their due diligence and saw that it was repairable (I had two nails). Instead of costing me almost $200 & up I spent $35. They made my day brighter when I was totally soaked and desperately trying to get home nearly two hours away. I highly recommend going to them for your tire repair needs!”

“Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!”

“Had a nail in my back tire see review for townfair tire. Bought 2 tires on line made appointment at Costco. Got there the tec kirk told me that the front tires I had bought 2 yrs ago from Firestone didn't match the back tires .I had to buy 2 more tires. The guy at the desks name was Carlos. Between kirk and Carlos they ordered my tires and got me in at 11.30 the next day. To change 4 tires only took an hour. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else. I hope these 2 employees get recognized for their great customer service”
“Went to town fair tire to have summer tires removed and winter tires put on. Ryan was my customer service representative. Very nice man, and very helpful and professional. Told it would take 90 minutes and 90 minutes later I left with no charge! Great tire shop and nice people to work with.I highly recommend them. 5 stars!”
