“Ron at the store was so helpful. I was getting a Sim card error on my phone and within 20 minutes he had fixed the problem. He was so knowledgeable about all of the other phones, lines, data, etc. questions that we had while we were in the store. “We decided to leave AT&T after 45 years, strictly over cost, and stopped in to pay off our phones. Justin and Adam were great. They did check to make sure we were really getting a better deal, without giving us a high-pressure sell. They did give us some things to think about, and although we stuck with our plan in the end, we really appreciated how well they treated us. Maybe we'll be back when the new 5G internet comes out. If our cable company doesn't do something about its prices, we may be looking into another switch.”

“All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!”
“Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”
