“Had to turn in my old cable box. Made my appointment online and was waited on promptly by a very pleasant and efficient young man who said he was the manager. (To another customer who was giving him a really hard time about a service Xfinity was unable to provide - something to do with their wiring. He was very patient and polite to them although they were quite rude to him!)My experience was very pleasant and having worked in retail for many years I really felt for the manager. He deserves kudos for a job well done under challenging circumstances!”
