“Great customer service at this bank, even over the phone and via snail mail. My parents were long time customers at this Berkshire Bank, with three accounts and many many transactions (the old fashioned kind - weekly cashing of checks at the drive through window). They both died at the end of 2019 and I, their daughter and estates' Personal Representative, have been working with Asst Manager, Giovanni Allsop to close out three accounts, and move those moneys to new trust and estate accounts nearer to my home. Giovanni and I worked out a plan to close out these accounts and transfer the moneys, some of it via check, and some via wire transfer. He helped me think through all the documentation and steps required, and then was gracious about executing everything promptly. I even received a phone call from April who was executing the wire transfer just to make sure everything on the application was correct. I checked this morning and everything went through perfectly! Terrific personal customer service which doesn't exist in the local bank where I live!”
“I came into Windsor Federal Bank to update my mailing information for my Abel Counseling LLC Checking Account. As usual, the staff was friendly and knew customers by our first names. Windsor Federal, in addition to being friendly, does a terrific job of monitoring customers account activities to prevent scams. This is one of the best banks in Connecticut.

I'm good with all the bank services except for the 37 dollar fee for an overdraft if you don't have the protection and there are good reasons not to have it..other than that..the people alone are worth it! In a world where customer service is severely lacking they make up for it!!”

“May I just stop you in your tracks for barely two minutes . This Bank is made up off of the amazing people they have working there . Irene and Taylor honestly the whole staff is just riveting , helpful and funny and you can naturally gravitate to there kindness .i love going to the bank because Everytime I call or go in I am helped fast and efficiently leaving me in a better mood then I came. In addition, if they don’t have the information you need they always find it same time from a peer or make a few quick calls to get it for you . Even things that aren’t bank related like I’m new into the vegan/vegetarian world and I swear I had so many great suggestions and helpful connections with store to go to for the best products that I can’t express how speechless I am .”

“I work with Denise 99% of the time I've come into the bank surprisingly it seems as though she never stops working and is always there and kind each time I'm there, very patient, extremely nice to me no matter what I look like or how I'm feeling or what I say to her she handles everything so well! And I love the woman who really runs the bank 100%, she's there in an office and she's very awesome to work with and talk to she's great I don't know her name sadly but she runs the bank or manages I do really appreciate her kindness she always gives me and all the work they put into accommodate me if I'm ever in any kind of a jam. This is a great bank and it's because of the management and I just deal with Denise and walk out quickly. So thank you to Denise she's amazing and the manager is just the tops she's the best!”
