“I wish there were more stars to give this Midas! I had an oil change today at Jiffylube on Boston Road in Springfield. They told me I needed $747 in brake services. I wanted a second opinion so went to Midas. One brake was making some noise so I was a bit worried. Cory at Midas put my mind at ease with incredible service and integrity. Instead of charging me for services I don't need, his team inspected my car, told me why there was noise and that I didn't need anything done. He printed out the CarFax with everything I've had done for the past 9 years too. He could have told me I needed four new rotors and I would have believed him. There are so many places you can go to fix your car but few ways to vet their honesty - use my experience as one.”

“I knew I needed brakes. I knew this. But I thought... maybe a few more miles, right? Next paycheck. Or the next one... Then one afternoon I was driving down Mt Tom in low gear and every time I applied the brakes it sounded like a howler monkey in heat. Time for a brake job!
I walked into Steve's on my lunch break, and they said they could have it done before I got out of work. They were fast, did the job right, and the price was perfectly reasonable.
My only problem now is that when I back out of parking spaces, pedestrians don't hear the screeching metal warning noise they used to get :-D

“Liam was great! I drove 3 hours to this dealership because of the deal they were offering on a chevy 3500 that had everything I was looking for. Liam got me in right away no issues took me for a test drive. Was very clear on the process, was very up front about options and pricing the price they told me is the price I paid. They even helped me go back and forth with insurance for almost 4 hours because my insurance company was giving me such a hard time. I cannot not thank Liam and every one here enough for their help and positive experience.”

“I don't know where to start on how Frank and Tina both went above and beyond to help me. Not just with a car but to even plug me in with a veteran who would help fight for more benefits for me through the VA. Any question I had about the car was answered truthfully and transparently. I purchased out of state and traveled to purchase a car which I got a great deal on. I got an appointment at the Connecticut DMV and after I purchased the vehicle they let me keep it at their dealership for 2 weeks and then drove it to the Connecticut DMV as a courtesy for me so I could put plates on it and just drive it home. 100%. I would definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle and Frank, the owner is the type of person. If you tell him what you're looking for, he might find you what you're looking for at the auction. The mechanic guy is very helpful and nice. He sent me high resolution pictures of anything I wanted to see while I was interested in the car. These folks are extremely honest. A+”
