Genesis helped us and she was incredibly patient and kind. I have never seen anyone do their job as well as she did. She took care of multiple customers and helped us with our complicated issue and she was super kind to everyone.

I have been going there for year when I did my up grade I was 17 up grades behind my phone old the laughed lightly by my name frankie why do you still have this dinosaur it shouldn't be working

Unimpressed customer, will probably be changing companies soon. As soon as I can afford to get a new phone and pay that months bill.
