“I just received the best customer service from Dream Decor in Springfield store with the store Manager Melendez .They will take care of you . I was looking for mattresses for my kids.”
“Great customer service I got beds from them and they are worth it I love how the gentleman helped me and they delivered the same day I'm really greatful for the time and work they do I'll be coming back really soon”
“I’ve gotten furniture from many places around this area and I gotta be honest this place was by far the most stand up place to do business with. The sale man Danny was amazing and showed great customer service. He promised me delivery on time and made sure that the delivery was delivered to me on time. When I wanted to change the bed I purchased Danny took into consideration and changed my mattress with no issue. Now that’s what you call good business and keeping your customers happy. Overall my experience at this place was a great and I most certainly will be coming back to get my kitchen table . They have all kinds of beautiful furniture here I would recommend people to shop here .”

“We found the most beautiful sofa, loveseat and matching rug there, although it was hard to decide because they have such a fabulous selection. Our sales rep, Ryan McCarthy, was always available for questions and was very knowledgeable about their products. I thought it was great that the store manager checks every order for accuracy. It’s a pleasure shopping there.”
