They help with activating new phones, fixing errors, and managing device storage. However, some reviews note that representatives can try to over charge customers, creating an uncomfortable situation, and there is a service fee for some support. Despite this, many find the staff to be a great asset and recommend the store for its wonderful service.

It was a wonderful service provided to me by Nikki they helped me with my phone and storage and helped me be able to take more photos and videos for my device. They are very knowledgeable about phones and devices to help me with what i needed
