I was on the search for a trust worthy auto shop and can confidently say Onsite Automotive Services is as honest as they get. I had a downward 02 sensor replaced here back in March. They made sure the car diagnosis was accurate and did not try to add any other additional fees/services (like other shops do). They were able to take our car in the same day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday with a question regarding some dashboard lights. Without hesitation, they provided me with guidance and explained what was going on, with no benefit to them. It's rare to have that type of genuineness these days, so thank you for being reliable and honest with your customers!”

“Had a great experience with the service department. After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”

“(Update) I had to go back to A1 after thinking the windshield motor had gone again. They were willing to honor a past warranty on the part, but it was the wiper transmission. They did the repair under some real time pressure, and it works great.Decided on using them when my regular mechanic wasn't available and Hometown had already screwed up twice. “I'm not sure why but the staff changed almost monthly a while ago BUT the past 4+ months has been a huge change. It's a cast of characters in a good way. the quality of products is better than I expected for a gas station. the help with lotto or finding a snack is on point and I usually get a laugh. It's a good place and they actually care I've seen them actually pay for a guys gas out of pocket cause he needed help. That is rare nowadays”

“Veterans Day 2025. We were in Stoneham for their 5K race and found a screw in our tire. We called Tire King and to our amazement they were open. They couldn't get to it right away so we dropped by after the race. They took care of us on the spot and were very reasonably priced! We'll be back whenever we need tires!”
