βThis Target is the closest one to my home and itβs convenient for grabbing essentials like milk and eggs or quickly picking up gift cards and birthday cards. Itβs great for those quick in and out trips.
That said, the appearance could use improvement. The store is often messy and some shelves are empty, which takes away from the experience. On the plus side, thereβs a large parking lot and plenty of other shops nearby, which makes the location convenient overall.β
βI eant to give a five star review for excellent customer service to a lovely woman named Jeylin who did her utmost to help me try to save money and get approved for a Macy's card. She went above and beyond reasonable expectations and was super patient the whole time. This is the type of person who not only deserves recognition but compensation for for the service she provides in-store. Please give her some paid time off, a raise, and or a bonus to show that you truly appreciate her effort to assist customers. It would be well deserved. Thank you, Jeylin.β
βthis guy blake by far the best salesperson iβve ever met and blake got me the best services as if i was one of those big shots from wallstreet or hollywood blakeβs charismatic and a great communicator and blake helps me a lot with my purchase of suit and blake makes sure i got the right length and everything and heβs also very knowledgeable about fragrances and if it wasnβt clothes youβre looking in the store but fragrances thatβs the man the myth the legend sir blake ur going to ask for help with looking for the best options for you

βAlthough I couldn't find the exact items I originally came in for, my experience at this CambridgeSide Galleria location was excellent. While browsing the fragrance section, I was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales associate who was stocking the area. After I smelled a couple of body oils, she asked if I was looking for a specific type of scent. When I explained that I was actually looking for a particular body scrub, she gladly directed me toward the body care section and let me know they might be out of stock if they weren't on the shelf. It is so rare nowadays to find associates who genuinely want to help, consult with you, and clearly enjoy their job, so her pleasant and attentive attitude really stood out.
The store was also very well-stocked. On my way out, I found an alternative sugar scrub that I loved, and the checkout process was just as positive. Highly recommend this location for its great service!β

βYou guys...I love yall but please dont increase the merch. We are struggling and Tj Maxx is the place we can rely on for simple items at a reasonable price like Socks...I have bought them there and other items but today I notice several packs of socks increased. Its no longer worth purchasing. 6 pairs for 7.99 and literally a few weeks ago there were 10 packs for that price. Paleeeeeese keep those items at a deal. If yall need to increase anything, do so for purses and items that are not needed for daily living/work. Yall are all we got ? mercy!β

βThis store is very nicely set up and has great quality items for your home.. I would have gave the store 5 stars but they do not have a separate customer service line for returns and questions, you will have to wait on a long line that wraps around twice to get to the register after already waiting on the same very long line to make the purchase.. I'm returning my item because it did not come with all the items that was to be included in the box so I have to suffer on this long line once again.β

βBought an hour glass table with a glass top didn't realize when I was putting in my car that it wasn't attached to the top the top fell off and shattered in the million pieces in the parking lot. The staff there is amazing They offered to give me my money back and also swept up everything in the parking lot. I'm broken hearted that I didn't get to take the table home but I couldn't be more grateful how I was treated.β

βI ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE STORE'S!! I was shopping another WELL know store whom carries the same items as T.J. Maxx.... Well I found out I've been overpaying by at least 50% or MORE!!!
