“BJ’s gas prices are great, but the traffic flow design at this location is very inefficient. The station operates as a single lane before reaching the pumps, and the hoses are not long enough to reach both left- and right-side fuel doors. As a result, cars with left-side fuel doors line up for specific pumps, while pumps for right-side fuel doors often sit empty. Because it’s a single lane, vehicles can’t bypass the line to access open pumps on the opposite side — even when multiple pumps are available. This creates unnecessary congestion and longer wait times. It would be much more efficient to allow flexible traffic flow or install longer hoses so pumps can be used from either side. Improving this would greatly enhance the customer experience.”
