“Steve and everyone at Sygma were wonderful to work with. They were professional, efficient and the end product was worth every penny! If you want high quality work then use Sygma.”
“Great experience and excellent service. Appreciate the booking to drop-off and pick-up - it made planning easier for me. Got a message right before my appointment time with extra instruction on how to find the location. Mostly importantly, knives are so sharp. Will absolutely be using Local Root again.”
“We recently had Ital Marble design and install a marble fireplace surround in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelly, the designer, was fantastic from the start. She really took the time to understand our vision and expertly matched the marble to the style of our house, helping to bring the design to life. Her knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and she provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process.
The turnaround time was quick, and the installation team was professional. While the initial fit wasn't quite what we had envisioned, Ed, the owner, was quick to address our concerns. He personally came out to review the project, made valuable revision suggestions, and oversaw the adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. The final result exceeded our expectations – our fireplace surround is absolutely stunning.
Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the level of service we received from Ital Marble. Highly recommended!”
“Jared and Damian arrived to remove my old washer and dryer and install the new tower unit. They were courteous kind and efficient. when they found out they needed a drain hose extension as my space is odd they called the store and Kyle came by and dropped it off and they installed to e extension and ran the units again to make sure all was good and it was great! I would highly recommend Jared and Damian and doyons for an excellent job well done! I’ll be back for my kitchen appliances soon! Thank u again Brenda Sutherland”
“Fitzgerald Tile deserves every bit of praise. We came in with a tricky situation — a ½-inch size variance between two tiles we had purchased elsewhere for a checkerboard pattern — and Tom and Vivianne could not have been more knowledgeable or more determined to help. They walked us through every option, found a replacement tile that would work in the same week, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our project stayed on track.
They even rush-ordered grout for us, and it ended up looking better than what we had originally picked. Their customer service is unmatched, and we left wishing we had found their store sooner.
We will absolutely be using Fitzgerald Tile for all future tile projects!”
“Home renovations can be stressful and overwhelming. Working with Nicole Verbeek at the KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England was one of the more positive experiences we had during the design and renovation of our home. Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. You'll be glad you did.”
“We had a fantastic experience with Gaya from Divine Design. Our general contractor, Core Group, introduced us to Gaya once they learned of the ideas we had for built-ins in our relatively small one bedroom condo. Gaya activity listened to our vision and far exceeded our expectations on the design. Not only did she design cabinets with vast amounts of storage but she also introduced us to incredible wall paper that is actually art. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and grateful to Gaya and the team from the Core Group who did an outstanding job.”
“I had a really positive experience at The Tile Shop, thanks to Ben. I spent quite a bit of time working with him, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful the entire time. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy.
The selection is extensive, and Ben made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to stick with me through so many options. Great customer service all around.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Ani and Margarit on a recent kitchen renovation and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone seeking a kitchen design team. Their design was thoughtful, the cabinets/counters/hardware we sourced through them were beautiful and fairly priced, and I appreciate their input on the design and various elements of the renovation throughout the process. Overall, a joy to work with and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Thank you ladies!”
“We have Rene' to thank for our beautiful bathroom. Rene' was absolutely wonderful to work with on our bathroom projects. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for choosing tile colors and styles that work beautifully together. She helped us design a gorgeous bathroom for our first condo, and when that purchase unexpectedly fell through, she went the extra mile and designed a completely new bathroom for the place we eventually bought. What also stood out was how helpful and available she was during the construction phase—answering questions, giving guidance, and making sure everything matched the design vision. Her patience, professionalism, and commitment to getting every detail just right made a huge difference for us. We highly recommend Rene' to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful designer who truly cares about her clients.”
“Super crowded because of the holidays but the staff still made time to listen to my scissor sharpening needs. I brought in 4 pairs of fabric scissors and a Japanese knife, and all the blades came back razor-sharp—my scissors can now cut silk, and the Japanese knife slices through food effortlessly with no nicks. Other sharpening services had refused the Japanese knife, but Blackstone’s handled it perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and meticulous, and the turnaround was quick and convenient. I highly recommend their knife and scissor sharpening services for anyone seeking expert, reliable results. ⭐”
“Myself and my sister are remodeling our bathroom. We decided early on that we really wanted gold hardware/fixtures. We initially had a lot of trouble finding what we were looking for. It was so difficult and frustrating that we were going to change the color schemes we originally chose. My sister came across the Kohler’s Artifacts collection which came in a beautiful gold called Vibrant French Gold. We made an appointment and met with Nicole who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding product information and design/layout. She thought of everything! We were so pleased we ended up buying everything from Kohler (cabinet with mirror, sink, toilet, lighting, etc). Nicole made it so easy and we’re so happy with everything we bought. If you’re overwhelmed and want good quality and service one-stop shopping come here. We’re so excited to get underway with the project.

“Matt Construction is great. Very focused and they do very high-quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable cost. They re-did the walls , windows, and insulation in my basement, and a number of other tricky tasks on the interior and exterior - and it all came out really nice. Really hard-working (and quiet) crew. Highly recommend!”
“Cherry was so amazing to work with. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and truly knows her craft. We added cabinets to create a pantry and additional storage in our kitchen and she perfectly matched the cabinets and countertops to what we had. The attention to detail with the installation was exceptional and the job was completed start to finish (including ordering and shipping the cabinets) in under a month. I would definitely work with Cherry again and I highly recommend her!”
“Casa Design Group is absolutely one of my favorite showrooms in Boston! They provide the excellent customer service and beautifully curated furniture collection. It is always such a pleasure working with Casa Design Group!!”
“We recently worked with Donna from Packard's Kitchens on a kitchen remodel and she was extremely helpful and just all around great to work with. We had a vague idea of what we wanted when we went into the project, but there are so many things to consider in terms of layout, material, colors, cabinet hardware, and more that it just felt overwhelming. Donna really helped us think through all the details in a way that felt collaborative and easy.
We'd been working with another kitchen designer initially who didn't really seem all that engaged, just showed us a few options and told us to pick one. Donna seemed genuinely excited to work through the details of our project with us. It was a pleasure working with her and I cannot recommend her enough.”
“We found the prices affordable (a good set of 6 stemless engraved wine glasses for 1.99 each, total of $12). We had fun browsing and imagined replacing other hand-me-downs in our house with better versions from here eventually. We'll be back.”
“Pablo and his team are the best in the business for all your countertop needs! They are efficient, fast, and reliable. Ben is amazing at making sure your countertops are installed in a timely manner and truly goes above and beyond to get everything situated. I highly recommend them for all of your countertop needs!”

“For full disclosure I didn’t actually purchase anything here but the staff was amazingly helpful. I would be happy to come back and work with them because the level of service was so great. They are extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. From what I saw in the show room they carry great products too.”
“Amazing company they helped me with my kitchen countertops and cabinets. They responded fast/ professional and had my kitchen up and running in no time. Erica is the best highly recommended :)”
“We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Halco Kitchen & Bath, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, responsive, and detail oriented.
They stayed on schedule, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The finished space looks fantastic and has great functionality.
Any questions or small changes we had along the way were handled quickly and professionally. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality renovation work and would gladly work with them again in the future.”

“We love Kitchens by Hastings! My husband and I bought a 100 year old house in Medford last fall that was in need of some TLC. The first order of business was to try and transform the dark, dreary kitchen. We met with John, the owner, and he showed us an amazing 3D design of what our kitchen could potentially look like. It was so amazing to be able to say "I wish we could have this in the kitchen..." And then see it in real time with the design tools. John was extremely helpful in designing the new layout of our kitchen for optimal function and appealing design. We literally have the kitchen of our dreams now and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Kitchen by Hastings - you will be in good hands!!”

“Lauren helped me find the replacement cabinet for my existing kitchen. I really appreciated her efforts to work with my existing cabinets rather than sell me a whole new kitchen.”
