“The line for gas at the BJ's Gas station often makes the parking lot a mess (-1 star), but the club itself is great. The few times I've needed help, the staff have been friendly and resolved whatever I needed.”
“First time visiting this place. Almost no wait at the gas station. This is unusual for a Costco gas station. The price is about the same as BJ'S gas station nearby.”

“This is good store where we have the things we need but the clothes are not good. When we go to the kids, it's just childish clothes. I'm not a kid anymore. I try to look for woman's too but they're oversized and not what I like. Please change the kids section to not a childish one and send those childish outfits for the toddler section if you have it. The kids section should be ages 6-13 and the toddlers 4-3. The baby section should be newborn-2 years old.”

“I don’t know if people are talking about. I had no problem at this place people are very friendly. I got there late afternoon on the sixth of April several trucks there told me they couldn’t unload me until the morning I had a 6 am appointment on the 7th. they got me up at four. I was out of there at 5:30. Got my papers the worker brought them to truck with a smile on his face very friendly. They have bathrooms there is overnight parking I don’t know what people are talking about when they say this is a horrible place. Maybe it’s your attitude.

“I arrived the day before my appt, checked in at 0645 and was called to dock at 0724...unloaded paperwork in hand at 0800...these guys are great!! I had the extreme pleasure of getting to converse with the dock handlers and had a great time!!! All of the Restaurant Depot's can learn from these guys!!!!”

“Arriving on a Monday morning, presumably a slow time, I was finally able to get my first membership card. What's a better way to celebrate than to get a $1.50 hot dog and soda? Even though there were lines everywhere else, I was able to get my order in under 5 minutes. It was juicy and flavorful being 100% beef. Looking forward to making more trips here in the near future.”

“I had a wonderful experience purchasing eyeglass frames at the Costco Optical in Everett. Their selection is good, their prices are fantastic, and John B. was exceptional in advising me about the different types of prescription lenses available. (I went there on a weekday shortly after the club opened at 10 AM, which was a good choice since the optical department wasn't that busy yet).”
“I enjoy BJ's Wholesale Club for its variety and price. My only complaints, if pressed, would be that the service desk sometimes has trouble with their systems. They always make it right in the end, but sometimes it takes a while. Also, carts tend to not be put away in the parking lot, which is inconvenient for parking. On the whole, though, it's a great place to shop.”
“Good service. I got all four tires changed for a great price and free installation. A few weeks later, one of my tires kept losing air over the course of several days. Took it back to them. They gave me an appointment to come back the day after and changed a faulty valve stem free of charge. I'm satisfied so far and will recommend it.”
