“The food is Costco food. Great value. I was extremely saddened by the lack of sugar free lemonade at the soda fountain. They only had 4 options (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew, and Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea). Service was great as always.

Got a flat and called the shop for a quote and appointment. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Booked online for the following day — and as soon as I walked in, they were ready to go.
Everyone I dealt with in person was communicative and professional. Service was done in exactly the hour and a half I was quoted. They answered all my questions and didn’t push anything extra. Definitely the smoothest tire purchasing experience I’ve ever had.”

“Store organization could be better, but it was neat and clean and had everything I needed (one I found what I was looking for). Suggest using the app to search items and it will tell you which aisles to go to.”
“Place is HUGE, and has a variety of food items. Just ask for a day pass at the front desk and go about your shopping if you aren’t a business owner. Highly recommend keeping kids at home because the place has huge items/ forklifts / heavy items everywhere. I believe there is a waiver you need to sign if you do bring kids along.”

sorry to say this; except one old blond lady that some times does the check out, sounds rude and unwelcoming at all.
Aside from that, one night my wife and I wanted to surprise our kids on the holiday with a brand new really big TV, we running late, and have 5 min before BJ close, I know security job has to secure the premises and people shopping, however, the security guy FOLEY has HELPED us as we were running late to get a big cart that fit the TV where everyone else couldn’t, he went extra miles and helped us to take the TV to our car and put it in the trunk, I have never witnessed such a security guy that is so helpful and go up and beyond, I guess with FOLEY on this branch of BJ I feel more secure than other branches, if he’s willing to help people that way, I’m sure he is even great at securing people. Thank you so much Holly, thank you BJ for hiring Foley.
Additionally We might not got chance to buy the TV eventually without FOLEY’s help and potentially might not come back as it was a matter of that night surprise.”
