“Was honestly terrified to come here after reading the reviews, but found a great price and decided to roll the dice. So glad I did. Got a flat and called the shop for a quote and appointment. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Booked online for the following day — and as soon as I walked in, they were ready to go. Everyone I dealt with in person was communicative and professional. Service was done in exactly the hour and a half I was quoted. They answered all my questions and didn’t push anything extra. Definitely the smoothest tire purchasing experience I’ve ever had.”

“This branch of BJ has the best employees, always helpful and cheerful. sorry to say this; except one old blond lady that some times does the check out, sounds rude and unwelcoming at all. Aside from that, one night my wife and I wanted to surprise our kids on the holiday with a brand new really big TV, we running late, and have 5 min before BJ close, I know security job has to secure the premises and people shopping, however, the security guy FOLEY has HELPED us as we were running late to get a big cart that fit the TV where everyone else couldn’t, he went extra miles and helped us to take the TV to our car and put it in the trunk, I have never witnessed such a security guy that is so helpful and go up and beyond, I guess with FOLEY on this branch of BJ I feel more secure than other branches, if he’s willing to help people that way, I’m sure he is even great at securing people. Thank you so much Holly, thank you BJ for hiring Foley. Additionally We might not got chance to buy the TV eventually without FOLEY’s help and potentially might not come back as it was a matter of that night surprise.”

“They expanded the capacity of this gas station. I always fuel there and there are barely any lines after the renovation and expansion. This is my favorite gas station. I wish Costco builds more gas station in MA near the Merrimack area.”

“Sharon from Test Equipment Depot was very helpful in assisting with me reshipping my order to my office. Even though FedEx wasn't helpful in resolving missed deliveries, Sharon assured me that they will do everything they can to mitigate delivery issues. I really appreciate Sharon's effort to alleviate the delivery issue.”

“Plenty of overnight parking and I was allowed to park until I got my next load assignment after being unloaded. Trucks were definitely checking in before 5 am and it was DEFINITELY FCFS (first come first served). Other than that it was easy in, easy out!”

“This place is a treasure trove for anyone who loves shopping in bulk! The selection of products is impressive, and I always leave with great deals, especially on snacks and household items. Plus, the food court never disappoints—those hot dogs are a must-try!”

“Recently had a kitchen renovation project that seemed impossible however Northshore Wholesales Marketplace's team made it expedient and in fact possible! Basically tore down and rebuilt an entire kitchen to replace a failing floor with minimum downtime considering the projects magnitude. Thank you Glen and team! The Four66 Pub&Grille”

“While Costco provides a consistent experience, I was especially amazed by the courteous behavior of the Store Supervisor Oscar as he helped my family through an issue.”

“Good price and I now switched everything to Costco pharmacy now including the medicine for my dog. I could not believe the same medication for my dog is like $300 there vs $500 in those big name pet stores and the online stores.”

“Arriving on a Monday morning, presumably a slow time, I was finally able to get my first membership card. What's a better way to celebrate than to get a $1.50 hot dog and soda? Even though there were lines everywhere else, I was able to get my order in under 5 minutes. It was juicy and flavorful being 100% beef. Looking forward to making more trips here in the near future.”

“I had a wonderful experience purchasing eyeglass frames at the Costco Optical in Everett. Their selection is good, their prices are fantastic, and John B. was exceptional in advising me about the different types of prescription lenses available. (I went there on a weekday shortly after the club opened at 10 AM, which was a good choice since the optical department wasn't that busy yet).”

“Place is HUGE, and has a variety of food items. Just ask for a day pass at the front desk and go about your shopping if you aren’t a business owner. Highly recommend keeping kids at home because the place has huge items/ forklifts / heavy items everywhere. I believe there is a waiver you need to sign if you do bring kids along.”

“The evening staff are more friendlier and nicer than the morning staff. Morning staff tend to be more crabby and when you ask a question they are not really helpful. Otherwise everything else about the store like cleanliness, various options are great.”

“they are a bit understaffed but super nice. they don’t force you into buying more tires than you need and don’t treat you like you are dumb. 100% will return to get my tires done here they are so much kinder than every other tire place in the area.”

“Well, it's cavernous, and cold in the coolers and by the freezers To be expected I guess. So much food selection, and some other restaurant geared items are available. Wait times can be long at the register line. Good place to shop.”
