“This branch of BJ has the best employees, always helpful and cheerful.
sorry to say this; except one old blond lady that some times does the check out, sounds rude and unwelcoming at all.
Aside from that, one night my wife and I wanted to surprise our kids on the holiday with a brand new really big TV, we running late, and have 5 min before BJ close, I know security job has to secure the premises and people shopping, however, the security guy FOLEY has HELPED us as we were running late to get a big cart that fit the TV where everyone else couldn’t, he went extra miles and helped us to take the TV to our car and put it in the trunk, I have never witnessed such a security guy that is so helpful and go up and beyond, I guess with FOLEY on this branch of BJ I feel more secure than other branches, if he’s willing to help people that way, I’m sure he is even great at securing people. Thank you so much Holly, thank you BJ for hiring Foley.
Additionally We might not got chance to buy the TV eventually without FOLEY’s help and potentially might not come back as it was a matter of that night surprise.”
“They expanded the capacity of this gas station. I always fuel there and there are barely any lines after the renovation and expansion. This is my favorite gas station. I wish Costco builds more gas station in MA near the Merrimack area.”

“Arriving on a Monday morning, presumably a slow time, I was finally able to get my first membership card. What's a better way to celebrate than to get a $1.50 hot dog and soda? Even though there were lines everywhere else, I was able to get my order in under 5 minutes. It was juicy and flavorful being 100% beef. Looking forward to making more trips here in the near future.”

Their selection is good, their prices are fantastic, and John B. was exceptional in advising me about the different types of prescription lenses available. (I went there on a weekday shortly after the club opened at 10 AM, which was a good choice since the optical department wasn't that busy yet).”

“Place is HUGE, and has a variety of food items. Just ask for a day pass at the front desk and go about your shopping if you aren’t a business owner. Highly recommend keeping kids at home because the place has huge items/ forklifts / heavy items everywhere. I believe there is a waiver you need to sign if you do bring kids along.”
“The evening staff are more friendlier and nicer than the morning staff. Morning staff tend to be more crabby and when you ask a question they are not really helpful.
Otherwise everything else about the store like cleanliness, various options are great.”
