“Overall, I had a good experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture because their customer service is outstanding. Every time I contacted them about an issue, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They never gave me a hard time and were always willing to repair or replace the furniture. I truly appreciate that.

That said, my experience with the wooden furniture was disappointing. Almost every replacement arrived with a different defect—small dents, paint flaws, or wood imperfections. None of the issues were major, but after several exchanges, I realized it was very difficult to receive a completely flawless piece. Eventually, I decided to keep the items with the smallest imperfections because I was simply tired of exchanging furniture.

On the other hand, my sofas arrived in perfect condition, and most of my rugs were also great. So this review is specifically about my experience with some of the wooden furniture, not everything I purchased.

If you value excellent customer service, I would absolutely recommend Bob’s. Their team was always respectful and helpful. However, if you’re very particular about cosmetic perfection in wood furniture, you may want to inspect your items carefully upon delivery or consider a retailer with stricter quality control.

Overall, the furniture is beautiful, the prices are fair, and the customer service is excellent. I just wish the quality control on some of the wood pieces matched the level of service.”

“I bought a mattress here SEVEN years ago and I just came back to say I still love this thing. I got my queen size memory foam mattress for $650, and many years later it's still my favorite ever. I'm planning to send family members here to get their mattresses when they move. I highly recommend you go into the store to try out a mattress before you buy, as that's the best way to determine comfort. My delivery experience was great, too. It was a foam mattress that came in a big box, and once rolled out, expanded to normal size, so it was easy to deliver.”
