“Good workout place, usually not crowded. Front desk people are nice. I don’t take the workout classes but they seem popular.

Negatives are the treadmills which are a mishmash of models & ages with a few broken currently. The mats are pretty old & duct taped up which shouldn’t be.

All in all a good gym with a few obvious areas needing improvement.”

“Great studio and high energy classes! As a relative newbie (started two months ago), highly recommend Sarah H on Tuesday evenings (and I'm sure other days, too) - incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everyone comes to work but it's a warm/supportive environment appropriate for people of all ages and abilities!”

“Great, fully stocked, clean gym with friendly staff. I bought a week pass for my stay in Westford and felt very welcome. I loved that it was open during off hours, which made it really easy to slip into my routine while in town.”

“This is a top tier facility with great coaching and equipment. Tons of options for group classes and 1 on 1 sessions.

Very knowledgeable coaching. For example they are focusing on good running technique in class as the weather warms up and we start running more. Highly recommend for any range of athleticism and experience.”

“OTF in Sudbury is amazing - from its people to its workouts! Coaches and administrative staff are supportive, positive, and friendly setting the tone for a welcoming environment and its community of members maintain those same levels! Coming in to workout becomes something you genuinely look forward to and the gains from
the intentionality behind the workouts never ceases to be visible. Thank you to the studio!”

“Miguel was very informative and helpful getting me set up and showing me around the gym and how to use the app. I love the setup of the gym and the taste of music and music volume. Love the little side room with the hard wood floor and mirrors too, as a movement artist it's a great space for freedom of movement, yoga, dancing etc.”

“I’ve trained at a lot of F45 studios across the country — and F45 Hudson is easily one of the best.
I actually drive 25 minutes each way to train here even though I have another F45 closer to me. That should tell you everything.
The equipment alone sets this studio apart. They have the rack machines and HYROX training setup, which takes the workouts to a completely different level. If you’re serious about strength, performance, and pushing yourself, this place delivers.
But what really makes F45 Hudson special is the people.
The owner, Linda, embodies everything F45 is supposed to be about — community, care, and connection. She’s not a distant owner; she’s present, coaching, and genuinely invested in the members. That energy flows through the entire studio.
The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. They push you when you need it and celebrate your wins with you.
The vibe here is exactly what a fitness community should feel like:
challenging, welcoming, motivating, and positive.
If you’re thinking about trying F45 or looking for a studio that truly delivers the experience, F45 Hudson is worth it.”

“I hate working out. Some days I feel like an overtired raccoon bouncing from trash can to trash can filling my soul until I can take a nap. Then I came here. This amazing staff is only exceeded by their complete knowledge and kindness of everything that this company stands for. They show and teach and work with and show you a way to make yourself feel better about yourself so by the end of the day whether you look like a trash panda looking for an apple core or not, you feel complete happy with yourself inside. Thank you yo the entire staff for always showing me kindness!”

“I’ve been exercising at Title Littleton for 7 months and it’s been a fantastic experience. Most of the classes are boxing-focused with a couple of kickboxing sessions each week. Every class is instructor-led, starting with a quick warmup, followed by boxing, and finishing with a solid core workout. The coaches walk around to correct form, give encouragement, which makes a big difference.

I especially enjoy classes with Masha, Paola, and Shalton — they’re passionate, motivating, and push you to give your best. I’ve also been taking private “Mobility” sessions with Joleen, and she’s amazing. It’s an hour of stretching and floor exercises that has really improved my strength and flexibility.

I’ve gotten stronger, lost weight, and genuinely look forward to workouts here. If you don’t like the typical boring gym routine and want something effective, fun, and supportive, I definitely recommend Title Littleton.”

“BOOK THIS NOW! My group had such a great time at our pole party, we are already in the process of booking another one. Erin the instructor was wonderful and helped make sure that everyone was comfortable and understood how to do the different moves. Can't recommend this enough for a fun night out.”

“Awesome gym run by people who go above and beyond every day. Expert and insightful coaching. Fun and inclusive community. Diverse schedule that includes CrossFit classes, yoga, and cycle. My teenaged daughter and I joined as workout buddies (they take kids aged middle school and up!) and we have gotten so much benefit out of belonging to Tilt for the last year and a half. Highly recommended!”

“Couldn’t recommend this place more! I joined knowing that I needed a consistent routine that I couldn’t keep on my own, and I am so glad that I did. It is such a great community in Westford with fantastic staff. You are always greeted with a smile here. I have gained so much confidence and strength these past several months and always leave with a great boost of energy for the day! Thank you OTF Westford!”

“*****2nd Review written in September 2025.. I successfully finished the AV1 in the Dolomites this summer. I am grateful to Jazzercise for adequately preparing me for this physically demanding hike. As someone who does not typically hike, like myself, having completed two successful 10-day intensive hiking trips in Europe, I strongly recommend Jazzercise to individuals who are preparing for hiking.
****1st Review written in February 2025. Since joining Jazzercise Acton Center in 2018, I've achieved a great level of physical fitness. Jazzercise has enabled me to tackle challenging hikes, including a 10-day Tour du Mont Blanc hike through France, Italy, and Switzerland in 2023. I'm looking forward to another 10-day hike in the Dolomites, Italy this summer. I'm grateful for the wonderful and supportive Jazzercise teachers and classmates. As always, l love to go to the classes.”

“This gym has truly been a game-changer for me! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out, and the variety of equipment makes my workouts so enjoyable. Plus, the 24/7 access means I can fit in a session whenever it works for me. Highly recommend!”

“Like many people, I believed that fitness was based on cardio training. I did nothing but cardio workouts until I started at CSP in 2019 at age 48. As a surgeon, I was starting to feel the strain of my daily routine. In 2024, I feel younger than I did 15 years ago and have more energy and endurance in the operating room and beyond. I also have wonderful new friends and coaches, thanks to #cspfamily. I wish I had started training here when I was in my 20s or 30s, but it’s never too late.Micki Reinhorn MD MBA”

“I love Longfellow and have been coming here for almost 50 years since I was a kid. It's a great place for individuals and families, but it's not perfect. Sometimes I can't get a lane for swimming laps, for example. Also, it would be nice if they had towels. That said, I'm shocked by the negative reviews, especially anyone lower than 3 stars. That's not a fair review; it's asking for perfection or whining. The club now offers FREE access to its Relaxation Room including the hydromassage chairs. The saunas were recently upgraded. The weights area is solid (the Natick more so than the smaller Wayland club). The staff is generally outstanding. The swim program and lessons are extraordinary. And the group classes - yoga+ - are outstanding. You get a lot for your money ... but bring your own towel;)”

“It is a well-equipped gym that has a full range of strength training and aerobic equipment. There are also a large variety of group classes at no extra charge. Trainers are available for a fee. You can usually get one or more free trial workouts. Locker and shower facilities are good. Pilates Reformer classes are slated to start soon at extra charge. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been permanently closed.”

“Could not get my 9 year old to leave after the trial class. She loved it SOO MUCH! I'm so glad that this business survived the pandemic. Kudos to them and our awesome community that goes out of their way to support small businesses.”

“Planet Fitness in Maynard is a convenient and well-maintained gym. The parking lot is large and shared with nearby stores and a supermarket, which makes it easy to run errands before or after a workout. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, and showers are available. Staff are generally okay, though not always the friendliest. The Black Card membership is definitely worth it and reasonably priced at around $25/month. Overall, a good gym — I recommend it!”

“This place is great! Best gym in the area on active and fit direct! Showers are cleaned regularly enough! Very Arnold classic weights and equipment which I prefer as opposed to other more franchised gym equipment.”

“I bring my dog to walk the perimeter of the field, near the wood line. It's a nice peaceful place and sometimes I take a swing on the swing set that's in back. As a 37-year-old that's always fun times.Few days ago around 7/28/21 while I was walking my dog I heard a rustling in the bushes; quickly leashed my dog because it sounded like something she would go after lo and behold I see a head sticking out of the bushes. I was scared, I thought there was a wolf looking at me. A little while longer the thing comes out of the bushes fully turns around and walks back in. I was petrified until I saw the tail. I'm pretty sure it was a huge grayish Fox and not a wolf LOL. This was around 2:00 in the afternoon....Realization: it was not a fox. It was a coyote, it wasn't scared, and I've been told foxes are more skittish. they're not going to show themselves like this Coyote did.”
