“This is my first visit to Jordan’. WOW! It is enormous. I got lost trying to locate the office furniture section so I went to the sales office and a very nice woman got up and took me there. I was impressed.
When I got there, an associate came over promptly and inquired as to when j was looking for. Joe was professional and personable. He did not push any additional items on me. I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to my 4 bookcases being delivered.
One other thing, when Jow was selecting a delivery date, the computer was not helpful so he called his manager and I think the entire team responded 🤣. It was wonderful!

Kaitlyn and Erica are so kind, patient with our many questions and thorough! They not only guide us on what we need to do with our pool but also educate us along the way. Each summer our pool seems to go from winter-closed to “summer ready” quicker as we’ve fine-tuned our routine. Josh and his team are quick and efficient when they open and close our pool each season. “After looking for a mattress for over six months, I finally purchased my mattress from The Boston Company. I have a joint condition and the salespeople were helpful with good suggestions. I went several times and they let me try each mattress for as long as I wanted. The cost was less than I expected, as well. The mattress is very heavy so I was concerned about the delivery, but the delivery people were great and had the mattress upstairs in no time.”

Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“I was so happy to see Calico weathered the shutdown as I returned recently after a long time away. I live on Buzzards Bay so it is a long drive. But it was great to get some new fabric to begin replacing some old items throughout our home. There’s nothing like new pillows to cheer up a room or a reupholstered ottoman to bring new life into our living space. Choosing fabric for an existing room can be a fun but sometimes an overwhelming task. Calico arranges the fabrics together in color and design schemes to make that task easier. Everyone wants to get good quality at a competitive price.
