“We have had a great experience shopping for new living room furniture and furnishings at Circle Furniture in Framingham, MA. They have a great selection of beautiful quality furniture. We have worked with both Michelle and Jennifer and found both of them very helpful. Circle Furniture has an App that allows their design consultants to place furniture that we picked out into a 3D model of our living room after we brought in pictures and dimensions of the room. It really helped to be able to visualize the pieces in the room. Jennifer created. a plan for our room with so many great suggestions. It has been a pleasure working with such professional salespersons who really know the merchandise in the store and could help us make decisions. We are really loving forward to having this furniture in our home. This is a great place to buy furniture with great staff and I would highly recommend people visit this store.”

He was outstanding!!! Frank listened attentively to what we were trying to achieve with our living room and quickly was able to ascertain the styles we liked and offer lots of design possibilities. He is also very good at being an arbitrator when my husband and I had different visions for what would look ideal in our house :). “Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”
