“I was in there yesterday and I had a nice experience so wanted to share it. I spent about 20 or 22 minutes looking for a birthday card for my nephew but I couldn't read the cards because I didn't have my glasses. I was embarrassed to ask for help but one of the employees I don't remember her name could tell I was struggling so she came over and she asked me what she could do. I explained to her my situation and I told her that if she was busy she didn't have to worry about it but she said no she's happy to help me and she ended up reading five cards out loud until she found the right one for my nephew. Thank you. Maybe Wendy? Mindy? If her boss is reading this she had dark hair and she was very nice to me and I appreciate that.”
