“We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!”

“My dog obsessively plays with tennis balls, and it had looked like her teeth were pretty badly worn down. She is also fear aggressive, so I was very nervous about going to a new place. Scheduling the appointment was easy. They also allowed us to do a same day consultation and procedure. They were very great with her reactivity and had us wait in an exam room until her procedure and were great for if we needed anything. We were able to come and go and my dog was able to go on multiple walks while we waited which she loved. She did end up getting her teeth pulled but the doctor was lovely about continually updating us with what they were doing. They are absolutely worth the price and I will be coming here again!”
“Great vets, professional front desk staff, kind techs. I can’t say enough about the patience and kindness of the staff in helping care for our nervous doggie, our elderly girl who has heart disease, and their silly little sister. The vets and techs truly follow the fear free protocols and the vets spend the time to get the whole picture and give guidance and options. We’ve gotten the chance to get to know Dr Wilson and Dr Rondeau pretty well and they’ve been awesome. But have had an equally good experience with Dr Carpenter last week, and really anyone we’ve seen for a sick visit. It’s also a well run and organized practice.”

More important, our cats get great care, from routine checkups to treating issues small and large. And we never feel as if they're doing something just for the money--no ridiculously expensive tests with no effect on care, as we've had in many other places.”

“The staff, Dr. Schwartz, and Dr. Cohen were professional, kind, and very responsive from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for the care my dog received.
During our first visit, my dog was diagnosed with HGE. Unfortunately, we had to return for a second visit because his condition worsened very quickly and by then it had progressed to AHDS. It was unexpected and really scary.
Both doctors were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated that no one pressured me into making any decisions. The doctor took a step by step approach and first recommended bloodwork to understand what was going on. We had the results within about 20 minutes.
After that, they clearly explained our options. We could either give more subcutaneous fluids and monitor her at home or admit her for 24 hour hospitalization. I chose hospitalization because I honestly don’t think we would have made it through the night otherwise.
Thankfully, my dog started to improve. The team was always available by phone, and they even called the day after discharge to check on how my dog was doing, which I truly appreciated.”
“Just took my 5 year old Shih Tzu for the first time. Everyone from front desk, the tech and the Vet were all so kind and took time to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt comfortable and understood the information provided.
My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.”

“The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .”
“Dr. Silk and her staff are amazing! My three dogs and cat have been cared for by her for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has warmth and care, actually knows my pets and their personalities, I know I can trust her with my dear family members. Jen at the front desk is an animal lover and my dogs love to greet her and get kisses. The techs are kind and capable, keep my boys from getting too anxious. Dr. Silk is one of a kind, I can't say enough about her!”
“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”

“Banfield Pet Hospital is wonderful! My cat Hunter needed some teeth extractions. The staff and the doctor were very welcoming, friendly, patient, they explained everything thoroughly and even encouraged our signing up for their pet insurance plan, which saved us quite a LOT of money on the first and second visits so far.
