“Our furnace failed during a sub‑zero polar vortex, and Sandri Energy responded quickly and professionally. We called around noon, and a technician arrived by 1:00 PM. They clearly explained the issue, confirmed the boiler needed replacement, and completed the work much faster than expected. There was no pressure to upsell, and they made sure our home was warming properly before leaving. Excellent service in extreme conditions—I highly recommend Sandri Energy.”
“I had rented a U Haul trailer in Florida for a cross-country move. I had finished up using the trailer and no longer needed it, so I had to find a drop off location. I looked at some of the reviews and I thought I’d go see for myself. It turned out to be a great place. Victor was very professional and easy to deal with, possessing an above-average intellect. I think the narrative driven by a few vacuous people and their 1 star reviews is in question here. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough good things about Victor. Victor, you were great to deal with. Thank you.”
“Two days before our scheduled automatic oil delivery, we ran out of fuel. Within an hour of my call, the driver was pulling in to fill up the tank! Wonderful response to our situation!”
“Excellent service! Prolonged Arctic conditions caused my tank to empty before it was expected to. Went into the office at first light in a bit of a panic to see what could be done. They were so kind & assured me not to panic. They got a lovely technician out to my residence within two hours! But they've always been great! 👍👍”
