227 North King Street, Northampton MA 01060
“I had rented a U Haul trailer in Florida for a cross-country move. I had finished up using the trailer and no longer needed it, so I had to find a drop off location. I looked at some of the reviews and I thought I’d go see for myself. It turned out to be a great place. Victor was very professional and easy to deal with, possessing an above-average intellect. I think the narrative driven by a few vacuous people and their 1 star reviews is in question here. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough good things about Victor. Victor, you were great to deal with. Thank you.”

“FSI has consistently delivered great service with very competent staff. Greg and his assistant were pleasant, polite and professional. They replaced a sump pump and a sewage ejection pump, leaving the installations better than the original. We highly recommend FSI for consistently providing very qualified service technicians.”

878 Memorial Dr, Chicopee MA 01020
“Staff here are awesome! The trailer I reserved had a bad light and they were super helpful trying to replace it and ultimately helping find an alternative location for me to head to. That other location was difficult about honoring the reservation and Chicopee U-haul took care of me calling to get the price fixed.”
