“I love this store! I’ve been coming to this location since opening my yoga studios and I have never had a negative experience. 10/10 always.
The staff goes above and beyond. Just this past week they helped me unbox my new filing cabinet and even loaded it into my car. At no point did they make me feel like a nuisance, it was just so nice.
The printing department is stellar as well. I print all of our training manuals and promotional materials there. The pricing is competitive and the quality is always great. And again, the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.”

The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.

“I recently mailed something from this location and misplaced my tracking number. I called, and Carmen saved the day. She was busy and asked if she could call me back. I was prepared to call her back later in the afternoon, but she called me 10 minutes later and gave me my tracking number, and my package is out for delivery. “Today, I went to apply for a US passport. The staff here are so nice and patient, which made me feel warm! I love them, this is the best post office in Rhode Island!”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“My favorite post office! I drive out of my way to make it to this one. The ladies are both extremely nice and helpful, especially when you become a regular like me!”

“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”

In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”

It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

“I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”

“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”

I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!
