“I recently mailed something from this location and misplaced my tracking number. I called, and Carmen saved the day. She was busy and asked if she could call me back. I was prepared to call her back later in the afternoon, but she called me 10 minutes later and gave me my tracking number, and my package is out for delivery. Carmen renewed my faith in customer service.”

He charged me $10 to notarize something, which is double what most places charge for the same service and double what he charged me less than a year ago to notarize something. Makes me think he's arbitrarily charging me whatever he feels like because I'm nice and easy going and he knows I'll probably just pay it instead of making an issue about it. But you can't beat the convenience ?♂️”

“The clerk whose name was Cordell should be recognized for service that went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a service clerk. Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. I was so nervous. Yet, he made me feel comfortable and I left the store confident that I could get what I needed. Thank you Cordell. You're assistance turned a chaotic transaction into an easy fix.”

“I have to give a shout out to the manager of this branch office, Victor, and two of his employees, Mike and Ken. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”
“The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.
After all you don't go to the post office to socialize with the tall Guy.

“Everyone at this branch is the nicest. Always smiling and asking how they help. Our regular Carrier, Kathy who does Purchase st. is always so pleasant. Knocks on the door if the box is too big and always follows up with certified or registered mail the next day. We get 5 star service here. Thank you everyone.”
“I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
“Great place to work, great opportunity to grow your career at FedEx, I would recommend to anyone who is interested in a part time job and who is in college. The managers that I have on the shift from 5:30pm to 10pm are all fantastic!”
