“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

“Thought my started died. Tow driver came out, took a look under the hood and told me it was just the battery. If he had jumper cables on him, he would have jumped my truck for me. Saved me the cost of the tow and the cost of the fix at a garage.Didn't charge me for the call, and was appreciative when I handed him the few bucks in cash I had to thank him for saving me money.A lot of other tow truck drivers wouldn't have cared what was wrong, they just would of hooked and booked.I, of course, immediately locked myself out of my truck.
