She followed her case consistently, gave us a clear treatment plan and specific recommendations. The vet techs were incredible and each morning we received a photo update on how our baby was doing. It made us feel so comforted to receive these updates. Every single tech I spoke to was extremely empathetic and efficient to answer any questions they had the capability to answer (I know I had a lot).
