Delivery services follow directions, packages are safely kept in a mail room that you have to have a code to get into, The Amenities are great, It's a few minutes away from the Wilmington Station Commuter Rail, it's walking distance from quite a few places, including a few banks.”

“The move itself went very smoothly. I did have some maintenance issues i found on Thursday but the staff where right on top of it Friday morning within hours of reporting. They were nothing short of amazing and the air conditioner needs to be replaced so they they setup a portable unit and saved the day in this heat!! Couldn't be happier with the service”
