Cell Phone Stores in Tewksbury, MA

“I recently brought my grandfather to this location to purchase a new phone, and we had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, Dee greeted us and provided exceptional customer service.
Dee took the time to help my grandfather select the right phone and thoughtfully customized the setup to meet his needs, including adjusting the text size and other accessibility features. While the setup understandably took some time, Dee managed the process exceptionally well. They acknowledged and assisted other customers as they arrived, clearly communicated expected wait times, and efficiently helped others in between, all while ensuring we continued to receive attentive, personalized service.
Throughout the entire experience, Dee was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer care. Our phone was fully set up and ready to use in a timely manner, and every question was answered.
This was an outstanding customer service experience, and I greatly appreciate Dee's dedication and professionalism. Dee is a rockstar 🪨⭐🤳”

“I stopped by the store to have my phone unlocked and had a great experience. I barely had to wait before Michael assisted me. He was polite, professional, and handled everything quickly and efficiently.

My phone was unlocked in no time, and the whole process was smooth. Employees like him really make a difference—I highly recommend asking for Michael if you need help!”

“Really appreciate Ram’s help here. I recently switched carriers and got hit with a confusing final bill. Since my account was closed, I was locked out of the app and couldn’t call customer service without a pin. I walked into the store frustrated, but Ram was very helpful. Even though I’m no longer a customer, he looked over the bill, called support on his internal line, and got the whole thing cleared up. It’s rare to get this kind of help after you cancel. Thanks, Ram!”
