“I don’t usually write reviews but i wanted to recognize mari at the customer service desk because she gave me such a positive experience. She was very kind, listened to what I needed help with, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She actually seemed to care about fixing my problem instead of just trying to get me out of the line, and I really appreciated that.
While I was waiting, I also noticed a new employee who seemed to be training. Another coworker sounded frustrated with her, but Mari was really patient and said something like, “It’s okay, you got it.” It was a small moment, but I thought it said a lot about her. She made the new employee feel more comfortable instead of embarrassed.
I hope Mari gets recognized for the way she treats both customers and the people she works with. Kind employees like her really make a difference.”

“Overall, my experience with Walmart has been okay. They have a good variety of products and reasonable prices, but the service and overall shopping experience can sometimes be inconsistent. There is definitely room for improvement, especially with customer service and checkout wait times. Not a bad experience overall, but it could be better.”
